I was placed on 2nd floor which is not convenience for us because is the same floor as meeting rooms

overall is good

Room very clean.

Breakfast don"t have variety. Taste of food very bad

Location - central to the city; < 2 KMs from train station Breakfast spread was good! Super polite staff

1.) Early check-in could be an issue - their usual time is 16:00 2.) If you're going to use their parking facilities, make sure not to misplace the parking ticket - I had to pay 50K IDR fine for it, despite parking being complimentary for the guests staying at the hotel. So much for surveillance cameras and security guard at the gate!

Aircon is so noice and not cold

Very good location Excelent In dining room service Polite & friendly staff High security Spaciuos rooms Refreshing bathroom and shower Nice Massage & spa services Circule K market about 10 sec from hotel. Drinking water available 24hrs in the hotel for free Great window sightseeing. Conclusion: I will come again to this hotel.

Unfortunately rooms are not soundproof. Bed and pillow are not comfortable for my body, I had back ache.

Location, good staff, good breakfast

The hotel is quite old & need to be renovated
