A great location, close to shops, restaurants and beach. We stayed in the two bedroom villa which was lovely and very spacious. Good choices at breakfast both in the front of the hotel and at the back of the hotel which is a bit quieter. Staff all very pleasant and obliging. Its been 5 years since I last stayed at the Haven but it still maintained its high standards.

Bathrooms are looking a bit tired now and could do with an upgrade. some non slip mats on the floor would be good as the marble floor can get very slippery.

The food options were great, the pool side BBQ light bites were a fun option at a great price point. The kids loved midnight room service! Organising a tour last minute (9pm the night before) was so easy and the staff so helpful and resulted in such a fun day for our family with a knowledgeable driver who made great suggestions for places to visit to experience the culture and beauty of Bali! The bracelet making class with Anguu by the pool was great for our girls, we had so much fun creating our matching bracelets as a souvenir of our holiday! A short walk to the beach and shops everywhere around so great location! The only down side to our stay was that the hot water in one of the bathrooms wasn't working. The staff sent someone to repair it but we had gone out exploring so not sure if this would have been fixed or not

Mr Wayan and Mr Adhi, the management team, were extremely accommodating, professional, and understanding. THE HAVEN is an exceptional place to stay, and the staff go above and beyond their duties. I highly recommend this resort for all walks of life. Location is superb, the breakfast is phenominal, and most importantly, the staff are simply the best. Thanks again Mr Wayan and Mr Adhi.

Ok, just the breakfast omelette station. Some how its consistently dry. Mushroom and cheese can be better.

Your key door mechanism is outdated and a real problem as the cards keep deactivating. In 7 days I had to change cards 7 tiimes. Frustrating and could sway me to not stay there again

The tv only had cable, no casting options which is unacceptable with so many visitors being from different countries. The air conditioner smelt it needed a clean, bath tub shower was very slippery I fell and hurt myself. Reception staff not friendly or inviting. The whole place was so big it takes 10 minutes to get to your room from the front. Other guests I spoke to also had issues and the hotel refused to refund them. I also got locked out of my room for hours as the door broke and was not offered anything complimentary as an apology. This place is not luxury
