Breakfast was fine, the room was not clean the way I expectet. There was only information i german, in the reception, at the room, everywhere. I had to pay 12 Euro for at guestcard, but the staff spoke only german, and could not tell me what to use it for, but had to pay anyway. I dont know what I had done if I could not speake at bit of german. I find it sad that a place like this dont think than not only Germans go to this place.... It was places nice in the countryside, so all in all we had at nice stay, in a big room with a good and big bed. And Rügen is for sure at nice Island to visit.

The cleaning was not as I expectet, sad that all information was only in German, I expected that the staff could speak a bit of english.

No lift and we had a room on the 4th floor.....

The stay was great! The castle atmosphere was nice! And the castle parc around is beautiful, as well as of course the nature around.

The price for what was offered wasn’t reasonable. Nice rooms but no bath tub or any other attention to detail (we stayed in the junior suite). WiFi Access bad. Nothing vegan for breakfast. Also, after asking.

The castle as a location is great.

Breakfast with the male waiter felt like a military drill rather than holidays.

The staff was extremely friendly. The location is good and the area is very pretty.

The room was not clean. Walls were covered in dust/dirt and the bathroom was filthy. Beds werent the best either.
