Tables de chevet un peu trop petites, rangements un peu justes, mais lit très confortable. On n’a cependant pas bien compris pourquoi il y avait 2 petites couettes pour un lit double au lieu d’une grande couette

Nagyon, nagyon finom volt a reggeli. A foglalható szauna idő nagyszerű megoldás. Kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet és ott lehetett hagyni a bőröndöket a szálláson check-out után. Hangulatos a lounge kialakítása. Metró megállók vannak a közelben.

Nekünk kicsit hideg és pici volt a szoba. A falak nagyon vékonyak és minden ajtócsukódás és zaj áthallatszik. Egy vízforraló jól jött volna a szobában.

The room was a bit small but very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Public transport can take you anywhere easily! Great value.

Ett bra placerat och prisvärt hotell. En trevlig lobbybar som gjord för umgänge. En jättebra frukost med bra utbud och ständigt påfyllt så det känns fräscht. Läget är bara lite utanför centrala Kungsholmen så det är nära men samtidigt lugnt.

The stuffs were so kind and the hotel 🏨 was so clean. And the breakfast 😋 was so delicious 😋 😍. The hotel was in town and it was so easy for me to get the buses etc..

The room was not the same as I saw 😕 on Internet, it was too law..not that large or big 😕. The room was too small too, there was no desk and the Tv wasn't working at all.

The location was good as it was easy to reach most of the city by bus. The foyer area was lovely to sit around and read. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful,

The room offered did not meet our expectations. It was right next to a lift and had a double sofa bed made up that we hadn't asked for which left us no room to leave our cases open. We asked for a change of the room and the second room was smaller (with a single sofa bed made up), unclean bathroom and curtains that didn't close properly. The third room we took was better but was on the street level right next to the entrance plus had offices above us so was quite noisy from early morning. The room was also quite cold but fortunately the desk staff gave us a portable heater (which was the last one available) and an extra doona.

Our stay in the hotel was just great! The staff is helpful and friendly, the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The location is convenient, not far from the metro station and city center. There were many options for different types of diet at breakfast.

Very comfortable hotel close to public transport and to one of the bus stops of airport bus (Bromma airport). Walking distance to the main attractions too :-) Nice breakfast

I liked the cleanliness and good organisation of the rooms, the general proximity to central Stockholm, the breakfast, the staff, and the generous seating area in the foyer. The staff were very good to allow me to stay in the foyer and use the hotel's internet connection while my room was being prepared. Access to shelves of books (in the foyer) and thirteen television channels allowed for some entertainment when needed.

I did not like the fact there were often voices in the streets below my room and the fact that the soap canister was rather stiff. I also did not like the complicated system for entering the hotel during the evening; it was cumbersome. The bed was comfortable but the bedsheets were rather small.

Breakfast-buffet was good. We had a room with a window which was excellent (and obviously rare in Stockholm). Kungsholmen is a nice neighbourhood with nice restaurants around and nice waterfront walking paths/parks.

There was no way to control the air-conditioning in the room, which was rather cold. But the reception gave as a mobile heater we used in the night.

The room could be cleaner on check-in moment. Vacuumed better in corners and floor washed more responsibly.

Small compact and comfortable rooms, good location. The breakfast was awesome, wide variety of food and drinks with lactose and gluten free options, and quick refill by the staff. The administration was very quick, checking in and out took only 5 seconds.

Very nice staff and very well kept public areas. Bathroom was a decent size and everything in the room was clean. The breakfast was like any continental breakfast with a good variety and good serving times. Location was good, the city has good connections and the hotel is very easy to get to. Close to some local shops, restaurants/ fast food shops etc.

Room was a little bit smaller than expected only enough space for a single bed but I guess it was just the room I booked. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was good enough for a short stay.

Very friendly staff, we were allowed to take a coffee for free because we arrived so early. An attempt was made to meet our requests. Unfortunately, however, there was still no free room despite advance booking.

The biggest annoyance of our stay was the room. Although it was a wheelchair room, you could not drive through it. The bed squeaked. Also, the bathroom door could not be closed. The drain was defective, water flowed out of the joints. In addition, there was hardly any lighting in the room, it was very dark. There were hardly any sockets, we had to unplug the existing devices such as TV. In the morning we were woken up by exhaust fumes in the room, so we had to leave the room very early.
