What a beautiful place, the staff were more like friends, very professional and nothing was too much bother for them. The location is exceptional, tucked away in an alley on the quiet side of the city away from the tourists, but only a few minutes walk to all the attractions

Albergo di design bellissimo e accogliente. Camere spaziose con tutti i comfort e attenzioni per il cliente

L’unica pecca avevamo richiesto due volte specificatamente del latte senza lattosio per via di alcune intolleranze. Ci avevano assicurato che ci sarebbe stato ma al momento della colazione c’era solo latte di soya. Come alternative per vegani ci hanno proposto la frutta.

If you want to be pampered and want a 5 star luxury, this place is it.

Everyone was great. The hotel is literally perfect. It was dreamy.

It could have been a little less expensive for bringing a service dog.

Fantastic hotel, friendly, helpful, super comfortable, spotlessly clean, and will return for sure!

Location, rooms, staff, food, cocktails, helpfulness, professional and friendly, comfort, clean all excellent.

A few tables in bar just for drinks in a more "lounge" like set up.

room was really special. location awesome. staff super kind. really one of the best hotels I stayed in. loved all the mirrors in in the room.

everything was perfect, just breakfast was too basic for 25 € per person.

A fantastic small hotel, great staff, food and service

Really great hotel. The room was fantastic with a lovely big terrace. Very comfy bed.

The room was very warm and we couldn’t mKe the air con stay on. I’m sure if we’d have asked they would have sorted it for us - we kept forgetting!

Trendy hotel, family friendly and well located. Exceptional service.

Trendy hotel with excellent food in their dining room. The staff was very helpful and communication prior to our stay was super efficient.

No fitness centre which is always nice to have in a 5 star hotel.

Hotel was in a very central location, easy to get to any of the key Venice tourist spots. The room itself was stunning, and very large for a city hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful - Rachel in particular went out of her way to make our stay special.

Really impressed with everything the hotel offered. Great convenient location.

The luxurious quality of the bedrooms & bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable & the linen was superb. The staff were so friendly and efficient and helpful with any advice we needed.

No terrace to sit out & enjoy the wonderful view.
