the room was perfect, big and clean, staff was fun to talk to, the location was really great and beach is near, one of the best places I visited in Crete

We spent 10 days in the studio apartment in the beginning of october. You can find the apartment building in a small street, but in exchange you have a somewhat private, big parking space. The room was fine and spacious. Not so modern, but we had everything we needed. The view was just as the pictures. The personnel were amazing. So very kind, cheerful and warm. The cleaning lady came every day, she was also very nice. We felt like family there. We asked for breakfast, and the food was also delicious. The apartment is by the beach and in the tourist shopping centre, but it was calm and the Rethimno city centre is just minutes away. I would totally recommend. Everything was much better than my expectations . The room was so beautiful and clean , the hostess are so kind .. and the location is perfect.

Breakfast was very tasty beside to the sea! Staff os very helpful and the owner very kind with all guests.we recommend this place for families also because the place is 20 metres from the beach and the pool... Next year i will go for a week for sure😊😊😊😊🥰🥰🥰

The pool and location was incredible! the outside area is perfect! I can’t speak highly enough of how awesome the outside area is!

The beds were hard as a rock. We layered the doonas down and slept on top which helped. The water kept going to cold and the pressure dropped. It was great just needs to be managed. The inside space is clean and tidy just needs some upkeep.

The apartments were very clean, brand new and comfortable, an excellent value for money. Came with a fully equipped kitchen, A/C and a lovely patio with table and chairs

The check in was not very smooth as it was hard to locate the rooms at night and also find the responsible person. Even so, once found, she compensated with her sweetness and flexibility. Just a small note for improvement on the signs and check in progress. Thank you for everything Georgia!

Location was great, right on the beach and 15 minute drive to Rethymno old town. Amazing outdoor area! the staff were so lovely and very welcoming. The room was very spacious and had an excellent view! would definitely stay here again.

The location is good. There's a swimming pool. The beach next to the apartments is nice. There's a restaurant next to the beach. On the street nearby there are many shops and restaurants.

If you want to checkout when the boss is away, you need to wait for the boss to come back.

Ordered the deluxe apartment that was supposed to have garden view but had no view but road of people walking in and out and looking down on us since it was lower then the road, and view of neighbors hotels balcony. Strongly asked for different room and got the one above. At least the people walking by couldn't look directly at us and into our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Had nothing but small soap. No coffee, tea, water... So come prepared with everything you need. The restaurant was ok. A bit too long of a wait (at least 1 hour for crep) but the food was tasty The crew was nice and plesant and even helped to open the room with spare keys. The beach is sooooo calming and beautiful and the pool was clean. Overall we enjoyed ourr stay.

Having the breakfast next to the beach was really nice - beautiful scenery. Friendly personnel, but quite unorganized way of working. Good space for parking. Nice that the sea was so near.

There was just one blanket /cover per double bed and the other of those was a bit dirty - we need to ask for extra ones and clean. No problem of getting those though. Good to note that during the weekends the pool area is used also by the locals, so it will be really busy and noisy then. This could have been stated better on the hotel information (or some discount on the price during that time, because there is not that much space in the pool then). The breakfast is served to the table but reserve good time for that - it might take quite long for you to get it (all of it). Reserve also good time for check out especially if you pay with card - only one from the personnel can accept card payments and she needs to be at the hotel then. We booked a room with partial sea view, but in reality that ment that we could see just a hint of the sea behind the trees - wasn't what we expected.

Rooms are nice, clean and very comfortable. Pool is very big and it is right on the beach. Breakfast is very nice and the lady who cooks breakfast is very friendly. Location is good with lots of tavernas and places to eat just outside the apartments. Also it is 15mins by car to Rethymno.

Amazing place with amazing owners and workers. Rooms after renovation with AC, rooms cleaned every day. I felt more like spending time in friends house more than rent apartments.

the location is super directly on the beach you can eat breakfast or lunch and dinner on the beach and watch the sunset the staff is superfriendly and you feel at home the pool in the weekend is used by local people and that gives you a feeling of being part of the community we loved our stay

I had a very nice apartment with amazing sea view. The breakfast was very tasty and completely full. Staff was very polite. Unfortunately I stayed only one day… but I will be back next month for a week. Thanks for your kindness.

Very friendly people especially Maria.The beds were comfortable. Good location for getting around and visiting the island;

The kitchen was not well equipped , the hob was poor and slow, people, there was not even a teaspoon. It was early and also cold for the pool but we paid as if it was a service. No measure for mosquitoes, a mosquito net but traces of mosquitoes on the walls caused by previous guests were present.

The location is very nice, in the beach front and a lovely beach. There is also a swimming pool but I didn't use it. Staff very friendly specially Georgia that was always ready to help. The view from the apartment balcony is beautiful.

The water in the bathroom for shower and lavatory was very slow. The tile floor in corridors is very slippery when wet. WIFI is poor.

I had an very nice experience in gold apartment.The breakfast fullfil my expectations. The stuff was very kind and pleasant. The food was really nice and the portions really big. My apartment was clean as well as the place we stayed for food and drinks. Personally, i recommend gold apartment if you like to visit rethymno.
