I loved the facilities. The breakfast was super tasty and the spa service was amazing. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful and kind.

Our room was not the best. It was at the top in the terrace. The shower pressure was not good and at the end of the day there was hardly any hot water left. Also, walking around the area of the hotel I had a glass thrown at me. Thankfully it did not hit me. Very chaotic for my liking.

Stunning riad ideally situated, close to everything and very quiet. Very beautiful inside, classy decorated rooms, all details are right, perfect atmosphere! Absolutely warm and friendly staff, making you feel very welcome and warm genuine contact! Highly recommended!!

Wonderful Riad! Great location. The staff (including Medhi and Gilbert) were very welcoming. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious! Would highly recommend!

The staff is exceptional especially Mehdi and Gilbert went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. Very clean great breakfast and comfortable room and bed. Very knowledgeable about area and places to visit. Great spa and spa staff are wonderful ! Will definitely return !

The riad is such a beautiful place in the middle of busy Marrakech. It‘s very quiet, special and calm and the rooms are very clean! Thanks a lot to the staff for preparing such a sweet surprise for my birthday and being flexible regarding breakfast options (gluten allergy). It was a pleasure staying at this Riad and meeting the people there! Worth a travel/stay!

The Riad is absolutely beautiful, it was a very calm and relaxing vibe. Pretty much everything was perfect, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the room was superb with lovely details and attentions such and the breakfast was delicious. We treated ourselves to a hammam and a spa treatment, which was so relaxing... the perfect way to unwind after a day visiting Marrakech.

The room was a bit noisy during the night, I'd recommend bringing earplugs.

The Riad looks very good and It is what I expected, Location was good, you might need a Taxi at night because there is so many motorcycles and they drive very fast even in narrow allies. I booked a suite, and it is just bigger than a regular room and not that big, but it is the case now in so many hotels. The staff in the morning was great and very helpful.

They sent me an email to call them in our way so they can pick us up from nearby location so we will not be lost, but I called over 20 times over few hours and they did not ever answer the phone, the man at the hotel told us later that he was busy.and it took a long time to check us in.

The location is very good. The Riad is located in a less messy area of Medina, which you will be very glad to be on. The staff is very kind and attentive. The rooms and facilities were extremely clean. Beds could be a bit more comfy.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and all I can say is all the staff were beyond exceptional, friendly, warm, inviting, and nothing was too much trouble, they are an asset to the hotel. Always willing to help and go beyond, they made my stay memorable, so thank you. Even little gestures they did over the my stay when they found out it was my birthday was so touching. The property itself is beautiful and decor stunning and located centrally. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay I will be returning

No great deal of toiletries , No kettle in the room. The place is more like a one man show..

The location is very convenient for Marrakesh but still expect to walk a lot and be sure to have Google Maps or some other app on your phone. The staff was super friendly, super helpful, bi or tri-lingual and could not have been more helpful. Anytime we asked for something the answer was an immediate “Yes” or “Of course, this is your home while you are here.” We can’t imagine being any happier anywhere else.

The photos are exactly the reality! It is so fantastic that it can be quite chaotic outside at times and that inside there is an oasis of peace. The team at Riad Kasbah & Spa are by far the friendliest I've ever experienced!

Perhaps the hotel rooms can be equipped with a mini fridge. That would be nice with warm temperatures. For me this is the difference between a 9.8 and a 10.

This riad is fantastic! We loved our stay here. The food for breakfast was wonderful. We also had dinner here our first night in and it was delicious. The staff were so helpful and made our stay amazing.

We liked the breakfast, the room itself, the shower, the airco, and the massage. The staff as very friendly too, helping us with booking a taxi to the airport.

The bed was too harsh, we did not sleep so well because of the bed. Also, the service for dinner is really slow and we did not like the quality of the dinner.

The best part of the hotel is staff. Everyone are exceptionally helpful, accommodating and friendly. The place is very clean and cosy, has a homey feel. The Spa is excellent, must try.

The only slight negatively about the place is the location, as I under it is inside the Medina, however we have to walk through about 100 yards of a market selling meat and vegetable which is a little messy. But once we arrived and entered the Riad, it becomes a different world.

Beautiful riad with very helpful and kind staff. Plenty of space to relax inside and out of our room. Very nice roof top terrace and great hammam and massage service.
