床舒適、海灘很棒、建築物看起來很漂亮。服務人員很親切、早餐預約系統很讚、早餐也還不錯。

冬天沒有室外游泳池，大眾浴場又裝修要男女輪流使用。真的太貴了！

Superb location with great ocean and beach view. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided several sea activities, which you can purchase during the stay. The property also got a small private beach. Good place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Okinawa.

You can tell the age of the hotel by the interior decoration and furniture.

The hotel is located in a beautiful beach. The staff was amazing, they did everything possible to make our days pleasant and everything was wonderful. We took a bus from Naha that stops in front of the hotel. I recommend!

アリが戸締りしてあったのに入ってきて、テーブルの上に放置してあったジュースの入ったコップがアリだらけになっていたのには驚いた

The waterpark is super fun and is the highlight of our trip in Okinawa ! It could be quite challenging to climb back on the floating park if you fall into the water. But you feel safe as they have a friendly and professional lifeguard patrolling at the park to help you out whenever you are in trouble.

The hotel is dated and they are apparently understaffed. We checked in at around 9:30 at night and we had to wait for 15 minutes for the baggages to arrive at the room for a much needed shower after a long day. And on another day we returned to our room at around 4:00 in the afternoon after a fishing trip. But the room has not been maked up. We only saw the cleaning ladies arrived after we left for dinner at 5:30. There is no chair in the balcony and so the balcony is basically for …. umm … laundry. The breakfast is so so for a Japanese high-end hotel. They have a private beach but it closes at 5:00 in the afternoon. They won’t let you go inside the water without lifeguard. Safety comes first and do start your day early!

The hotel is a bit dated already and the cafe next to the pool is full of flies

Property was well maintained. Great facilities. Especially for kids

They could have had more diving options for us, but we did book at short notice so not really a genuine criticism.

Everything was great, kids loved it. Would recommend to every family traveling with kids!

Check in was a bit slow

Breakfast is good with both buffet and Japanese option , staff is very helpful to organise tables. Foot quality and variety is good too. The only thing that i would say they can improve is that it seems shortage of staff and everyone is very busy that if you would like to have a coffee, you need to ask the staff

The only thing I don't like or didn't expect is that spa centre actually closed quite early. In the resort area usually we spent most of the day time doing outdoor activities and return back to hotel after dinner. However spa closed at 9:30pm and last booking is 8:30 which I thought it seems a bit early

Need to pay to use all attractions on the beach. Expensive!

Building is too old No air conditioning except inside the room At noon time , I asked them to set an extra bed for me before 8:00pm ( we have 2 adults and 2 kids) But it was not done by 9pm And I need to go down to the Front desk to complain and it was eventually done at 10:00pm

They have many so activities inside and all you need is just relax and enjoy your vacation. Better to stay at least 2 nights or more.
