Price was reasonable. Clean place

Some times the price is exorbitantly high compared to the Fecility of the property. It is a good three star category hotel.

Only good thing about this property is the location. very close to MG road and Brigade Road very old property

very old property the entire hotel need a refurbishment breakfast was poor there was no proper hit/cold water coming from the shower. When informed the front desk, told to take bath in the tub 😞😞 no value for money at all I have stayed here 7-8 yrs back, then it was very good… mayb a refurbishment will do the job. Also a new chef

The room allocated was not checked properly The telephone didnt work The TV didnt function There is no hot water in the shower Over all there was hardly an water coming from the shower The showergel etc are so minuscule.. they are not enough for one wash There was construction and repair work happening in the floor above it all started at 2.30 pm in the afternoon many repeated calls were made to the front desk but no action was taken it was just a pounding noise and was very excruciating to hear later after 7-8 complaint calls, the duty manager took it in his hands and finally after 1 painful hour it stopped the front desk extremely nonchalant and unresponsive

The hold on my credit card was not removed and I have been billed twice for the room. The reception promised to reverse the hold but aftermore than 15 days they have not bothered to reverse the charge collected twice

Bathroom basin is havin choked up pproblem ..It is the worst thing ..and. we informed four times only one answer..we have informwd the guy...it was not repaired till our check out..we have to suffer with the same ..Most disguisting thing ..Room 320
