Location was close to supermarket and good restaurants a short walk away. Lovely pool with outdoor facilities and the jacuzzi was a great addition. Comfortable bed and heaps of towels. The villa we stayed in was for couples and was very spacious with loads of storage space, well cared for. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and were great in responding quickly to any questions during the booking process.

Only decent table was outside. Inside there is only a breakfast bar which isn't conducive to a romantic evening, a table and chair inside would make this perfect. The reception is messy and very run down. While the villas are clean and well cared for its not a great first impression. The breakfast wasnt very good and arrived cold to boot. There's heaps of cafes around for breakfast though so would just head out for breakfast.

Lots of Mozzies kept getting into our villa somehow. The cleaners stole money, we reported it - never got it back. Wifi never worked.

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom villa. The location is great and the staff is all friendly and very responsive. The place is a little dated but the layout of the villa is perfect for 2 couples. The pool area is perfect and peaceful. We would stay here again. It was very clean and the cleaners and pool cleaners were there each day.

There could be more basics such as kitchen towels, more knives/cutting boards, more wine glasses. However, whenever we asked the staff, they'd have whatever we needed within minutes.

this is probably the worst experience of my entire life in 36 years. Booking photos were taken 10 years ago. the villa is very old. the floor on the balcony creaks and is full of holes. scared to go out there. surely a piece of torn wood can pierce the leg. the light in the room is yellow and dark. I had to use a flashlight to find something. immediately my eyes began to hurt - a very dark and yellow light. there are no doors in the toilet. bathroom is terrible. all old and stained. I was horrified when I saw this. outlets next to the bed broken. I got electrocuted when I tried to turn on the lamp near the bed. they all hang around and around the outlets as if there was a flood. the hotel manager is very angry and shouted that all the guests like everything, but I don't like it. she is very unpleasant and aggressive and screamed 10 times for us to go to another hotel, since we don’t like everything. And we only have two days. I can't spend. time for travel. she also screamed that all the guests always charged their phones without any problems, and my iPhone cannot be charged. in the end, when they tried to plug my phone charger 20 times into the socket, they broke it. and she continued to yell at me that I blame her for nothing. there is only a beautiful pool - everything else is terrible. If you don't want to ruin your holiday, don't come here. the walls are all torn at the bottom. The last time they did a renovation here was 20 years ago. downstairs is very old terrible furniture. I have never stayed in such a terrible place. and the worst thing is the manager. they brought me an extension cord to charge my phone - very short. I have to sleep upside down. horrible old bathroom. the place to brush your teeth is dirty and broken. Water keeps dripping and won't shut off. shower is a separate issue. there is only a vertical shower, that is, even if you do not want to wash your hair, you will have to wash it.

The property does not provide meals. however, there are a number of restaurants close by and there is always easy cheap take in meals

the property of a bit outdated. A paint and upkeep will make it very nice. They have started with the upkeep on the other villas.

poor cleaning, whole place needed a good scrub. pool was green on day 1, on day 2 staff said they put in a pool treatment and was no longer green, why not do that prior to our arrival. noisy neighbour, sound echos and clearly very thin walls, unbearable without ear plugs. staff never replaced toilet paper or shower gel without asking.

There were no meals cooked at premises. I couldnt find the place they recommended for brecky. Still i had good kitchen to make my own and just short walk to shops but i am early riser so i went to the cafes for lunch.

The order in menu. Tried it once and very average meal. Best to take short walk or get cab and go out. Heaps of places to eat close by.

This is a fantastic villa with everything you would need. Clean, quiet and in a good location.

Unfortunately the back deck area was quite rundown, with pieces of the metal fence fallen off but not replaced and wooden deck flooring that was not secured in many places. Toilet paper and water was not regularly replaced and we had to ask for more paper twice. Walls were very thin between villas so neighbours were heard very clearly

Location was very good- opposite is a supermarket, near the main street too. staff were very friendly and helpful- they will keep track whether you left the villa or not to ensure our safety (I guess?) And they even helped check our grab/gojek cars before they left the villa after dropping us off!

Pool was a little dirty but they have a net to pick up the leaves n flowers Facilities wise - is simple, don't expect luxurious kind. But for us, is good enough

Rooms were spacious with extra lounge and kitchen. Plenty of storage areas , small plunge pool. Bed was very comfy. Wifi worked very well. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

Our villa (number 8) looked nothing like the images. The place could use some real TLC. We stayed with kids and wasn’t really safe for them. All decking on balconies and pool were loose and you could think at any minute you’d fall through them. Air conditioners upstairs were really weak which meant it was pretty hot when sleeping.
