Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Bedienungspersonals beim Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, das Badezimmer sehr klein und nicht sauber. Das Frühstück bestand aus 2 harten Eiern, einem Becher Joghurt Butter Marmelade u. Brot und Dosenpfirsichen

The location is great, basic standard which was exactly what we want from a hotel room as we spend all day exploring. The breakfast was good. Staff were helpful in recommending a family run Greek restaurant for the two of us.

The breakfast orange juice drink was very odd and there was a long dark hair in the bath/shower.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, central and close to everywhere on foot. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast, even though extremely simple, is a nice touch.

When we arrived we got a different room to what we booked, the staff member explained that this is due to unforeseen circumstances with another guest, however, due to this we got a very small sized room with only one bed- luckily only stayed 2 nights. The biggest problem we had was the extremely strong smell of cigarettes in the room. The window was open when we got in but this did not help air out the room... we tried to cover up the smell with sprays etc but it was too strong and undefeated. When speaking to the owner the next morning he said he cannot control what happens in the rooms, which I could not agree with as other hotels are able to put a stop to smoking in rooms, also the ashtray provided in the room was rather encouraging for those who wanted to smoke. Perhaps a split for smoking and non-smoking rooms would solve this issue going forward but it was very disappointing for us.

The location was great, Plaka is a very beautiful neighbourhood - and we were very close to the main attractions, we mostly walked everywhere! The breakfast was almost the same every morning, but it had plenty of variety and it was quite a lot, so we did not have to worry about lunch until late in the day. The room was nice, clean, the bed was comfy (especially great after a full day of walking around Athens). The best part was that we had an orange tree in bloom at our window - and the smell was amazing!

The lift was a bit small & didn't work every time, but the staff was helpful & fixed it (only used it on arrival & departure anyways).

Stuff is amazing. Hot water, heating, breakfast- good. Can’t complain. Location is great. Grocery store next door literally.

Bit noisy. Not “all-night-bar-steet” noisy, but bit noisy, talking people, honking cars etc.

The hotel is very old moder, room is old and dark, Bathroom was small, the shower uncomfortable to use. Staff don't have hospitality minde. No value for money.
