Excellent service, beautiful place! Cooking class was fantastic!

Zasagua is a little paradise where nature is king and everything else fits around it. The gardens are spectacular and very well maintained with the cabins tucked away amid trees. The attention to detail throughout the entire property is wonderful with super pieces of art and fabulous furniture. The place is brimming with colourful birds singing all day long which was an absolute delight. Our cabin's patio was amazing with the canopy of three stunning Saman trees to provide welcome shade with dapples of sunlight streaming through. The cabin's room was great with a ridiculously comfortable and enormous bed and the shower is bigger than our entire bathroom at home! The food was amazing and the service was excellent.

One night a neighbouring cabin was playing bad music loudly after 10pm which ruined an otherwise prefect night. And on the Saturday the pool was still being cleaned at 11am which in my mind should have been done by 9am at the lastest. And finally there's no outdoor shower by or near the pool so one day the water was covered in a oily film of sunscreen. Despite these slight annoyances it still gets a 10 from me.

Excellent stay at hotel. Great food. Beautiful gardens. Relaxing time spent here for 4 days.

The service was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The rooms were absolutely beautiful with all the commodities including AC. We will definitely be coming back.

A favorite of all of our hotels! Nearby the airport which is a plus! Grounds are stunning and breakfast is amazing. Should have stayed here longer!
