This hotel went above and beyond what we imagined. It was by far the best hotel we stayed at. The personel were exceptionally friendly, we were welcomed to a resting area after a long journey before check in (which was so welcome and so helpful as we were exhausted). They managed to find us a room to check in early, as we were so tired and gave us a lovely upgrade. The pool was wonderful, the staff super friendly and the place was immaculate. I would definitly recommend staying here.

Excellent service, staff anticipated our needs before we uttered them. We were treated like family! Breakfast was plentiful and varied daily.

The room needed regular ventilation, otherwise it would smell moldy.

It was a beautiful property the staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. It was a nice location in the old city.

The location was really good, everything is kind of close by walking distance. The staff was super kind and helpful with everything.

Maybe the rooms could be a little bit more isolated as we could hear our neighbours quite a lot at night.

Great location in old town. Dog friendly. Nice garden, quiet area. Parking area quite tight but right in front of the hotel.

The aircon didn't work and we were moved to another room which was supposed to be an upgrade but the new room didn't have windows, just wooden shutters. There was no natural light in the room. The "lower" standard room was much better with large glass doors and a garden view.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. The staff could not do more to help you. Unfortuately due to the Coronavirus we were the only guests at the hotel to start with, before one other couple arrived just before we left, so our experience was slightly different to normal but the hotel still did everything they could for us, breakfast was all laid out ready for us with all sorts of options. The pool area is lovely, again we had it all to ourselves so I can imagine it being a bit crowded if there were more guests, but all in all this hotel was lovely and we would certainly stay here again.
