Fantastic hotel! Great location with stunning views! Swimming pool overlooking mountain and lake view Sauna was modern, clean and new Best part is the staff and service, they were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond! Special mention to Yvonne! She’s fantastic!

Nothing really but since you asked... Maybe additional coffee machine would be nice, because during the peak breakfast time there were sometimes long line waiting for the coffee maker.

Staff were all so helpful and actually looked to be enjoying their jobs, an unusual thing in the current climate! Room was good and dinner was superb! Stopped off on a motorcycle tour to Austra and think we may even go back the same way as the hotel was so good!

The road (B16) offers good connection to Fuessen and other conveniencies but the traffic is relatively busy. Noise might be a problem for the rooms with the view.

it’s nice scenic place… decent breakfast… if you don’t have a car like me..then it’s inconvenient to stay here as the buses are not regular to go main city center. Other than that it’s really beautiful and great scenic place to relax

We like the food and memminger beer. The view was perfect.

The room was very nice, it had a lovely alpine style and it was very light, 2 windows and a door to the balcony. The view was really amazing, we could see the lake and mountains. Nice walks to be made from the hotel. Next to the hotel on walking distance there is a lovely biological farm with happy cows and chickens, where we could buy biological eggs. We loved observing these lovely cows, who could walk outside whenever they felt like it. The atmoshere in the dining hall was also pleasant. And the breakfast was very good. A nice range of choices, also for us vegetarians. Dinner for vegetarians was great. Not much choice, only 2 options, this could be improved of course, but both dishes were very good. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

There was one thing. The smell in the hotel in the corridors. It smelled a bit like meat, and since we are vegetarians, this was a very bad smell for us. Maybe a suggestion for the hotel to open the windows more often or close the door to the kitchen, so that fresh air can come inside. Luckily this was not so in our room. Another thing was that we could hear our neighours above us. They had a small child who was running and jumping the whole evening. But since this is the energy of a small child we laughed about it and it didn't disturb us that much. It was quiet in the night luckily:)

Comfortable losging in a scenic setting. Friendly staff and a gracious host. Variety at breakfast and onsite parking.

No blackout curtains/rolladen. Rooms directly next to elevators and above main entrances are never quiet.

Love the amazing room view of the alps and lake! The sauna was fab! Breakfast is nice 👌🏻 staff is friendly. Will definitely be back again ☺️

Wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The view of the alps and the lake is truly amazing. Food was delicious (we had dinner and breakfast). The room was clean and large. The hotel also has a spa. Overall, a cozy place with great service and amazing people running it, will be coming back for sure.

I have never rated a hotel so well; we came for one night but stayed 3. Great staff forming a perfect team running this hotel. Beautiful surroundings and close to the castles.

If I really have to mention something: an extra coffee machine at breakfast :-)

Very friendly reception, amazing view to the Alps and Forggensee, tasty and fresh breakfast. A lot of track and trail possibilities in the surroundings, for all physical conditions.

Martin is an excellent host who truly cares about his guests. The place is spotless and all the employees are very friendly. Breakfast is plenty and fresh. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.
