I like the indoor patio and the rooms were very cozy and nice.
The lady in the front desk could be more nice...

Fairly ok breakfast, location was very good, quiet but central.
Water pressure problems with warm water challenges. Cold and damp, but I suspect this would apply all hotels in Cusco area.

It was centrally located. The tea station was nice to have. the outdoor courtyard was very pretty even though it rained every day we were there. the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good!
It was a little run-down in the room and not very clean. The WiFi was barely usable in the room.

The hotel is ok but not worth the rate of 9.1, even in Cusco standards.
“The Mountain View Room” is an exaggerated prompt, the window is quite small. Not like another hotel I’ve stayed which got larger windows and great views and they don’t even prompt this at all. And the mattress is not very comfortable, I wakes up twice while sleeping. Though it is a fair place to stay.

everything
a bit noisy (especially when most people leave 4 am for a trip ;)

Location close to main plaza without the noise. Reception was very helpful with restaurants and advice.
Rooms were a little small with no desk to put laptop. Many people sat in the courtyard at tables with their laptops.

the hotel is located in a central location, close to restaurants and the mail square. the architecture is beautiful - open courtyard, lovely landscaping, wooden balconies, clay-tiled roof! the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms comfortable, and breakfast was basic but good.

Great personnel and location. Name and pictures don't disappoint. Staying in an old colonial space is what you get. Breakfast is great as well. They helped us with storing our baggage for the trek and were very helpful in every way.

This is an excellent hotel for anyone who looks for an uncomplicated and comfortable stay in the city of Cusco. The reception staff is super helpful and their professionalism ensures that you have a good time booking tours and getting around the city. They also offered us the opportunity for a late check-out, as well as guarding our baggage during our trips. The rooms have everything to make one happy and some of them offer a breathtaking view!
Thank you so much for welcoming us in your hotel :)

Great location, pleasant staff. The room I was moved to was much better than the original room. Larger, cleaner, better view, less of a strong smell. Staff understood my discomfort due to the strong cologne scent of the cleaner materials so they moved me and even got Palo Santo to ensure the new room did not have the same challenge.
The strong cologne cleaner smell from the first room was unbearable and I could barely sleep. I opted to sleep with my mask on/sheets over my head to help alleviate it. It was too late to do anything about it when I arrived and got settled.

The breakfast is good, the view is awesome, the rooms are clean and well heated, the staff are helpful, the location is great, and there is free tea all day by the lobby
There was no running water on our last day, I think there was an issue with a pipe or something. No problem, it happens, but they gave us 2 big water bottles for free to make up for it!
