Room was nice but a bit stuffy. Had to have air-conditioning on cool in mid winter. (We did have 3 people and 2 dogs in there though - lots of breathers!) Kitchen facilities were very handy. So great to be able to bring the dogs as we were on our way to Eyre Peninsula and needed to break up the journey.

Fabulous boutique hotel. We were travelling with our dog and the staff were so thoughtful - giving us a room with easy access to the front door. There were lovely touches in the room such as a dog bowl and bed.
For us the bed was very comfortable and there was a large kitchen on the first floor where we could make dinner.
We will definitely be back.

the property is well located. A short walk to the city, central market and also the Torrens River which leads to convention centre, zoo, botanical gardens and art gallery. if you chose not to walk the property is well located for public transport.
nothing not to like. The property is in need of a freshen up in some areas but clean with sizeable rooms and access to a kitchen if you were staying for a few days.

Very welcoming. Incredible pet culture - really felt like a ‘pet friendly’ place. More of this please, Australia!
A little more room between bed and coffee area

Historical building, large double room. Kitchen facilities available if needed. Internet was free and did not need to reconnect each day. Nice lounge area.
Bathroom could do with a make over. King size bed was soft. Booking indicated an upgraded room but was only provided standard. On the southern side of the main Adelaide CBD so a decent walks into town. Could have provided tea and coffee in lounge area.

The b’fast was good value & taste. The walk was longer than anticipated.
Disappointed that parking meters were only 2hly. No ready access to covered long term parking. The air conditioning settings did not allow fora temp less than 20 degrees. We were hot all the time. The room was too small for the furniture- had to move the armchair to access the fridge. The plantation shutters were dusty & some broken. The windows were very dirty - could hardly see out.

This unique boutique hotel was lovely. We stayed in a premier twin room (which had plenty of space for 3 adults), clean facilities and very helpful staff from reception to housekeeping. Breakfast at Bocelli's is a short walk away and they have a great spread of food. It's also in a great location, being just down the road from Central market/Chinatown and 15-20min walk from Rundle Mall. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay here again when visiting Adelaide. Thanks!

The room was quite large and bright. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. There was room for both cases and a huge desk.
The desk was against the window so we couldnt properly close the shutters. Bathroom was very small.

We did not like the bathroom. Water everywhere, easy to slip, accident risk.
