un poco incomodo el mobiliario se traba un poco con la cama en el caso de placares y la silla del escritorio no se podia usar porque chocaba tambien con la cama. pero asi todo la habitacion muy comoda y excelente cama y baño

Modern hotel, 24 hour reception, room was clean, a little small for three people but acceptable, good shower in the bathroom and an excellent location close to the river Douro, the town and lively areas. Good help yourself breakfast if rather expensive at twenty euros.

Nice Hotel and in an excellent location. Staff in the restaurant were excellent. Check in and out receptionists were satisfactory-good.

The location was great, next to the riverside, some museums are nearby as well. We got linen changed after the first night which was nice.

The value for money is not there, the breakfast is quite expensive so we did not order it, had a better option in a cafe nearby. The room was clean, but the view from it was like from a prison cell, it was also quite small. The room did not have a toilet brush.

Central Porto, a hugely busy area and then, a quiet room with a view over the river, including a balcony. Bliss! The hotel is a bit older, so here and there things are not in perfect order, but certainly not bad enough to spoil a nice stay in a very good location. Plenty of good restaurants very close by, river around the corner and taxi ramp in front of the hotel. with the gridlock traffic in Porto, this is a place from where you can do most on foot (assuming you don't mind the odd steep street!)

the capacity of the breakfast room is obviously not completely in line with the size of the hotel (i.e. queue + waiting time), so I would not include breakfast if I went again. The rooms facing the side street are very noisy, but as log as you avoid those, it is a very good place to stay.

The rooms are nice and spacious, comfortable. Loved the bathroom, toiletries. Very clean! Had a nice coffee machine and 2 pods every day.

It was extremely noisy, because it is very central. No matter which room you’re in or is very loud! Traffic and people honking A LOT! Some of the rooms on first and second floor facing the back (towards the river) are facing direct into the building next, so you’re staring at the walls or someone’s windows.

The courteous staff. Very comfortable suite. Willing assistance by the staff in arranging tours etc. The close proximity to many restaurants, shops and places of interest.

Position superb, great safe area. Walk to everything, including hop-on hop-off bus and boats.
