L’emplacement et la propreté
Le manque de clarté sur les services proposés, surtout le nettoyage, il a fallut demander à l’accueil après 3 jours de séjour, le nettoyage de la chambre et le remplacement des serviettes, sachant que c’est inclus dans le prix, et du coup nous sommes restés 3 jours sans chambre propre, et sans serviettes propres.

Nagyon jó helyen van, közel vannak a túrista nevezetességek. A fiatal recepciósok kedvesek segítőkészek.
Az idősebb hölgy, akit managernek neveztek kötözködő, a magyar vendéget undorral kezelte. 1000 korona kauciót nem adta vissza mondvacsinált ok miatt. A mi problémánkat meg sem hallgatta. A szobához tartozó erkély minősíthetetlen.

Good location, it had a small kitchen, so I could cook a bit.

Really great location, only a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Basic, but clean. To be expected considering the price. Says WiFi in the lobby, but it worked fine in my room on the 4th floor. Bed was comfortable. The reception staff were really friendly.
The deposit was unexpected until after I booked and unusual. So be aware of that to factor in if you are already on a budget. More of a suggestion because the complimentary coffee is lovely. Would be nice before 8am, or some coffee in the room. I’m a big coffee drinker and an early riser. I had to go on a mad coffee hunt on my first morning as most coffee shops weren’t open either.

Hotel is near the staromestka and everything is around. Rooms are big and comfortable. There is a free coffee and snacks each morning at the reception. Kitchenet is also nice.
Room was not properly cleaned. We stayed 11 nights and our linen was never changed. Cleaning was not done properly in the bathroom. Wet cleaning was not performed. Kitchenet has some pans and pots looking really dangerous.

We got a very spacious room. We didn't expect to have a kitchen in the room, but we got it. They even gave us a small breakfast (cake, bread, milk). The location is very close to the old town and main station.

it had everything you would need, including a kitchen area for cooking and a fridge. Bed was comfy and shower was was nice and hot.
That I had to wait for my room yet others that arrived after me were able to check in and go to their room. I realise it was unfortunate with order of check outs and when my home was done.

Everything was very bad.
The hotel staff is unfriendly, and the rooms are awful. The Wi-Fi works only sometimes. The room was never cleaned well, and as the hotel provided only 1 single-use shower gel, I asked for more as I was staying for one week with my partner. The hotel said they provide only 1 single-use shower gel and shampoo, no matter how long you are staying and whether you are staying alone or with someone else. The room lights make it impossible to work in the room, and the bathroom is not comfortable. The fun fact is they charge you 40 EUR as insurance for damaging something or using something from the mini bar, and the mini bar is empty :)

Great location !Old town within walking distance.
Big comfortable bed.Clean bathroom.
Rooms in need of minor renovations.
There was a slight smell of mould in the rooms.
The hotel parking is very small and if the staff needs the key in order to move the car every time someone wants to come or go.We weren’t told about that in advance and since we weren’t comfortable with that we ended up leaving our car in a parking lot nearby.

It was super cold, very loud from other tourists staying there. They would be drunk, knock on doors, and make noise in the hallway. The room was very very cold. The receptionist said this the heating in the hotel, automatically, and it will not be any warmer. The hotel definitely made us feel unsafe. The location is good, close to the metro to connect to the city.

We got a very big room (fortunately because of the booking-rewards), otherwise it would have been a bit small.
The kitchen and the bathroom weren’t that clean.
