Breakfast is very basic, eggs 3 ways. Good eating places each side.

Hotel is a 20 min walk from pub street.
The staff is not very fluent in English, which makes communication difficult. Although you can pay in US dollar, they refuse to accept notes that have been used for a long time (teared, stained, wrinkled). The hotel was not able to offer a packed breakfast since we departed at 4h20 to Angkor Wat and could reimburse the breakfast fee.

Location is very convenient. Close to main road, petrol station, and local restaurants. The room was spacious. Good value for money. If you enjoy walking, Pub street is at a walkable distance...
Bed sheets getting old... Parking space is a bit tight... No drinks in lobby fridge.

The room were very cleaned and beautiful , the owner were friendly.
No cables and no refrigerator, air conditioning didn't worked well.not cold enough with some rooms.

Location
Air con did not work, no jug in the room, was not picked up as per included in booking via booking.com. Their own website is no longer valid, restaurant and bar have been closed for 2 years. Booking.com should contact hotel and get updated information on facilities and amenities available.

The cleanliness of the room, and the helpful staff.
I would have liked the room better, if it had had a fridge.

The room featured exquisite large wooden beds which outclassed the rest of the room. The young gentleman whom seemed to manage the place did a great job and was very attentive to guest's needs, albeit he looked far too young to be even working in a hotel yet alone managing one! The complimentary breakfast was okay, certainly not the worst I've had in South East Asia!
Bathrooms could use more maintenance. I made use of a plastic bag to cover the exposed wires in the bathroom. Facilities were otherwise quite adequate.

Location was ideal good Khmer restaurant next door and plenty of tuk tuks
3 room changes ..no windows in room .shower was non assistant. Advertised cable and satellite tv did not work.2 coathangers..no safe ..advertized 24 he front desk...night manager asleep..couldn't get coffee in morning before 7 am.....noisy fan room on 5th floor
