It was fine for a short stay near the airport. Good shower and comfortable bed.
The rooms were small and the walls thin. I wouldn't want to stay here for a long stay.

Good location, close to airport and the CBD. The room is very clean and the staff turned on the heating in advance to warm up the room.
The bed is too soft and there was no hooks or handles in the bathroom, so no where to hang up towels and it was a bit slippery for old people.

It was a good clean room, that was comfortable for the night. (I would stay there again). The staff I came into contact with were most helpful .
From memory the pillows were higher than I usually like , also the curtain across the doorway (but necessary for privacy).

Almost everything I was pretty happy with staff were polite n friendly room was good
Only downside was possibly a winz emergency housing guest was a bit put out by me being outside at the same time as her n was quite rude n demanding to know which room I was staying in and how long I was to be there am still not really sure what her problem with us was but not really something the motel staff can stop so it's not really a complaint just some feedback

I didnt have breakfast because I had an early meeting.
I got in late amd it was cold. When I opened the door to a warm room, i was very relievef. The bed was also cosy. Great stay and clean room.
I wasnt sure how to find the right park and room. I relied on the insructions but went around the rooms twice.

which wasn't open
due to the extensive renovations taking place.

Bessie our Receptionist and busy girl was exceptional. She did everything for us and beyond. She is a great person too.
There was nothing we did not enjoy about our stay.

vicinity to function we were attending, bed was comfortable and unit was clean
It took me 3 days to get an answer on the phone when trying to make a booking and when we arrived reception was locked and there was no answer to the 2 phone numbers that were on the doorway. We had a time frame to get ready and get to our function so it was stressful as no one new where the proprietor was, there were workmen there but they didn't speak English so it was impossible to find out anything. Eventually she came out of another unit with her phone in hand but hadn't received my calls, I suspect her phone was on silent, so it was very frustrating at the time. I also would not have been happy if we were going to be spending time at the motel as noisy work was being done and we weren't informed when making the booking, as it happened it didn't effect us but potentially it could of. Courtesy should mean that we should of been informed so we could make the choice as to whether to book or not. The Proprietor was very pleasant.

Place is a little run down and old fashioned. Internet was terrible - both bandwidth limited and agonisingly slow.
if the internet is bandwidth limited it should be fast. If it's unlimited slow is reasonable.
