Everything about Lone and Rovinj city is absolutely amazing and breathtaking, we will come back again and again!

everything 😁. lone is exceptional in every aspect. from the moment you enter until you check out Rooms are huge, bathrooms spotless, restaurants amazing choices , great breakfast options, perfect location surrounded by greenery. i simply loved it.

Breakfast was good but not excellent. They do not refill when someting are already eaten.

Almost basic offer, nothing extraordinary.

old tv without net connection. some old stuff that needs to be replaced (scuffed bed, spots on the mirror etc..)

- no coffee maker in the room :( - sauna/spa area is very small

What a beautiful hotel!!. We just loved the architecture and the very friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and balcony and the breakfasts delicious. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools and spa. We did feel going off season was a good choice because it was not crowded which is our preference. The location was perfect for walking into Rovinj old town and exploring the protected pine forest. We had a wonderful stay!!

Being on a lower floor we could hear some of the equipment turn on from the spa which was below us. It was a little bothersome at times.

breakfast had a brilliant selection but the cooked breakfast was not very hot

I love to stay in Lone. Staff greets you like you came back home. Rooms are specious, clean and with very nice view wherever you are located.

Staff where very welcoming and made an early check in possible at no extra cost, thanks to the quick, efficient room cleaning changeover. The hotel is spacious, clever design and good art features heavily. Breakfast was very good with professional attentive staff. Additional touches e.g body lotion and beauty kit, shower cap in room. Although we did not use room service the facility included many items, beverages only - cost of product only no deliver charge which I thought was nice. Bed and room was a good size. Bath easily accommodated 2 people.

The Wellness area was in keeping with the colours of the hotel but I found the very dark shades of black and grey to be gloomy and the lighting was too dim. The 3D tiled walls I consider not to be very hygienic or practical for a spa area.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service we received from the staff was first class and they should be complimented on their manner, attitude and enthusiasm to provide a great service to their guests. This was our first visit to Croatia and we had been told about how nice the people are and we were not disappointed. The hotel itself is amazing, especially from an architectural point of view and it is excellent in every aspect. We were staying in a 'plunge pool' room and it more than met our expectations; clean, comfortable, quiet, everything we needed to have a fantastic holiday. The hotel is only 15 minutes walk into Rovinj along a beautiful coastal path which felt safe at whatever time of day and it provided some brilliant viewing points for magnificent sunsets in the evening.
