Das Frühstücksbuffet war für den Zimmerpreis gut und auch abwechslungsreich.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, dem Flur, dem Hintereingang und Treppenhaus welches wir ab nachmittags benutzen mussten, entspricht überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen an ein Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie. Das Badezimmer wurde in der gesamten Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes - immerhin 6 Nächte - kein einziges mal gewischt, gesaugt oder auch nur mal gekehrt. Staub, Haare und sonstiger Schmutz (eventuell auch schon von den Nutzern davor) wurden nicht entfernt. Aussage an der Rezeption: "Dies ist bei uns nicht üblich! "Bitte bedenken sie": "Unser Hotel hat ja auch keine Sterne" ! Was diese Antworten mit notwendiger Sauberkeit zu tun haben - können wir nicht nachvollziehen !!!

Sehr nettes Personal, ruhige Lage, schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit....ein Schminkspiegel im Bad wäre schön

Die Lage war topp zum Erreichen der Saunalandschaft nebenan.

booking.com did not inform me that the hotel has changed as I had to pay again (Cash!) because it's a new hotel so they could not accept my voucher from booking.com and now I have to ask for a refund from Booking.com

It’s close to the lake and the restaurant is very good. The service at the restaurant was great and the food too.

My internet connection was not always stable. The room is covered with carpets - I feel that in summer it is very warm and a fan or AC would help a lot.

Nice and clean, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, free parking, nice and beautiful reception lady. No complaints whatsoever, one of the best hotels in the area, given its price-quality ratio. Would probably book again.
