The room and the whole establishment is clean and staff was quite friendly. Room was spacious. The bed was really comfy and room temp was good (we went during winter). It's a good budget hotel though away from the center.

Breakfast was not good as they don't change it. They have 3 floors but no elevator so you have to carry your luggage yourself as they don't have a bellboy. The location is far from the center and subway but taxi rides are cheap (via yandex). There's also a mall nearby.

Staff and cleanliness was remarkable. Location is very convenient and was an excellent choice of value for money.

Breakfast was very meager. During breakfast, someone was constantly vacuuming the floors. It was very noisy.

Good location, 30 min walk from the city center. Clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. I’m specially thankful because they helped me fixing a dress for a wedding at a very last minute even though that was not part of their duty.

I would appreciate more fresh bread for breakfast which was overall good

We enjoyed the large family room, it's very handy to have space for all your stuff quite easily. It was also fantastic to get 2 bedrooms for this price. The rock-hard pillows were replaced by something comfy on day 1 without hassle. The room was kept clean very well.

There are issues in this hotel, it is clearly stuck in the era it was built. There's factory lighting only in the room, extremely bright, non-dimmable. The shower drain was stinky, the bathroom lacks shelves, the main bed has no nightstands or sockets, the 2nd bedroom has a nightstand, but it's not possible to put it next to the bed. The breakfast really lacks options, the bread is not great, there's very limited fruit and yogurt options and very limited pastries.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and location was very good.
