スタッフの方が丁寧で、部屋も綺麗だった。つくばエキスプレスには近かったが、他の駅を利用したため駅は遠く感じました。

空気清浄機と各階に製氷機完備だった。真下にコンビニあり、向かえにはスーパーがあり、大通りに面してるので、ご飯屋も色々あり便利な立地。

朝食食べる場所が狭くて、あの建物の宿泊人数を考えると、とてもじゃない狭さ。部屋で食べれるように持ち帰りシステムなってるけど、コーヒー等おかわりしたい時、めんどくさいよね。

Location is not good. It’s 6-7 minutes away from a regular train station. All the carpets are aged and dirty. Room furniture and walls are dirty. Rooms are way too tight, even we were not able to open our bags.

Tiny cramped bathroom.. Beds were not as comfortable as I have expirianced in other hotels on our trip.

Location is about 15-20min walk from Asakusa airport express train station. There is a station within 10min walk (Tarawamachi station-Ginza line) and a Asakusa station 3min walk (redline Tsubuka Line). The 2 latter lines have great connections throughout the city. Very near Sensoji temple...walk 5-8min.Shopping and lots of food options behind the hotel. Breakfast was indeed good. Not a big spread but all are delicious. Recommended. Feels safe. 24hr don don donki is within 3min walk! All facilities in the room works well.

Our twin room is really small. The hanging bar for clothing are open concept (no wardrobe). We stayed for 7 nights but they only made our bed twice throughout our stay despite us putting up signage for room make up. The room furniture is old looking though.

close to train station, great neighborhood the housekeeping staff are very nice, truly kind and helpful and warm. we enjoyed our interactions with them.

the rooms are super tiny. A queen bed in a tiny room. it’s Asia I get it, but a family of 3 with 3 full size suitcases, 2 backpacks, a rolly carry on and a stroller was very difficult to be comfortable in the room. as a solo traveler or even a couple or might work out but not as a family worth children. the breakfast was a waste of time and money. we only went once. I gave them back all the meal tickets. go to 7-11 down the block get pastries coffee etc there or someone else in the neighborhood

The breakfast was really good. Good variety of food, but specifically the curry rice tonkotsu every morning was fantastic. It was very clean, and is very close to Sensoji Temple and Tokyo Skytree. Also close to heaps of good restaurants but that's normal in Japan.

The rooms are quite small. But honestly that is to be expected in Japan, and for the price it's good value, but I can't say the bedroom/bathroom wasn't small. For the purpose of travelling and just needing a place to stay, this place is a solid choice.

our particular room was very very small & too hot. had to get used to air conditioning at nite.

The High floor rooms and the breakfast, but the best thing above all was the location, literally in the neighborhood of the Senso-ji shrine

When the assign you a smoke allowed room and you don't smoke, it smell so bad even if it is clean

The staff was very kind and helpful, we were only able to book a smoking room on booking, but as soon as we got there and took our room, we found it horribly smelly, even though we smoke anyway. We couldn't have spent 6 days in that room. Fortunately, we were given another non-smoking room without any problems or charges. The breakfast was also very varied, with many options.

The room was incredibly small, the equipment was not the best either. They couldn't even give us a European power adapter, which was provided at all our other accommodations.

The room is very small and hot. The window could not be opened at all.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable and had a very easy to use and comfortable light switch next to the bed for even ambiance lighting. It was in walking distance to Sesonji Temple and Skytree essentially. Staff were friendly and there was a festival going on as well!

Asakusa doesn't have the best connections in terms of JR Stations and it was always a longer walk but it just depends on what you need, where you want to be and how much luggage you have.

Nothing. This was absolute worst experience for 13 days in japan. Room was micro small. Nowhere for luggage. Carpets old. Not what advertised.

My wife and I have special diet and unable to eat the breakfast food. No credit was given or room upgrade even though we did not use breakfast. Front desk people wasted my time by saying they would help but did not. Total waste of 25,000 yen.
