Zimmer zweckmässig eingerichtet, bequeme Betten. Obere Etagen mit Aufzug erreichbar.. Kleiner Parkplatz vorhanden , wichtig in der zentralen Lage des Hotels. Sehr freundliches Personal . Gutes Frühstück.

Kein Restaurant für Abendessen, Raclette im Weinkeller nur Notlösung.

Nice hotel in colonial style in city center. Nice staff/ service and tasty breakfast. Spotless rooms.

Our shower only knew hot and very hot, the cold was never found despite several trials. This hotel certainly on the pricier side - depending on what the preferences are this might be just the right place or not.

there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, the spa has to be paid separately. The breakfast - which is officially till 10 - was already reduced more than half an hour earlier stat day. in addition location is quite loud. We have been staying in better hotels in Cilaos and overall I have to say, that the hotel is completely not worth the price and does not represent a 4* standard at all.

in the morning peak time at breakfast the one-person stuff was overloaded restaurant for lunch/dinner missing
