Everything was great! The personal was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good, it was served in the beautiful yard, where you can sit for a few hours in the morning until it becomes too hot. It's a quiet place, my room has met my expectations. Thank you!

The hotel is located in a very quiet sidestreet so that you have a relaxed night without noise. It is not far from downtown. The most quiet hotel I had in Yerevan as yet! At the nice inner courtyard you can sit and have breakfast or whatever! The staff is friendly and helpful. We had two rooms. AC is available in the living room.

The area is very beautiful and quiet. The hotel has great friendly staff, rooms are very clean.

No hair dryer, no toothpaste and no slippers in the room.

1. In my room internet was not good. Access point with strong signal said there is no internet. Access point with poor signal worked intermittently. 2. Plumbing is poor and very noisy. Roof in bathroom very wishes a refreshment. 3. Sheets are with holes that hard to miss when you cover the bed. Big holes

The staff were very helpful. Room size is big, we got a duplex with 2 single + 1 double+ 1 sofa Cum bed. The quality of equipments and sanitary ware is good. Good Wi-Fi connection Location is appx 4- 5 km away from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. Water is excellent at the hotel.

Breakfast is very basic, could have included some fruits, fruit juices ,cereals & yoghurt. No cleaning of the room during the entire length of our stay.

The room was too small. And there were things on the website that didn’t exist in the reality. For example, it was written shuttles available to airport but there was no such a thing. It said paid dinner but there was no such thing either.
