Cleanliness lacking. Poor maintenance overall. Sheets didn’t fit the bed. No top sheet at all. One cup, one glass, one fork, one spoon. Microwave rusty and filthy. No toiletries. No hair dryer. Too few towels. Only three small pillows on a king-size bed. Not as listed on booking.com. Only saving grace was a comfortable mattress and the location.

the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly.. make you feel at home on arrival.. they will help you whenever you need or answer questions if you have some… the area is near the beach and also a lot of tourist places you can get to quickly..the marina view is nice too..lots of activities nearby which staff can give you the list. the hotel provides transportation for grocery store runs which if you’re staying more than 3 days i would look into that.. they also help with information for your Covid testing but you have To schedule your appointment online first don’t let them tell you, you can just go up there because that’s not the case.

i didn’t like the fact that the beds are very very hard.. it can be uncomfortable… i woke up sore daily and back was hurting a lot… i dont like the fact that during the checkout process i was solicited to buy timeshare.. you will receive gifts and free breakfast and lunch as well.. the timeshare property which we have access too is very very nice. so be prepared for that so you’re not caught off guard like i was..

The sheets were not clean and there were towels thrown on the bed as if the room had been used. I had to go to the front desk and ask for soap because there was none in my room upon arrival. The bathroom garbage was filled with the last persons garbage overall it really was not worth it.

I believe that their wAs bed bugs I. The mattresses I change rooms and the bittin got even worse !
