The location of the hotel was excellent. All the major locations we wanted to visit were of near proximity. The room has a beautiful view and the toilet was excellent. We came for our relaxational vacation and our stay was amazing.

Near to my workplace

Staff couldn’t find my booking and had to wait half hour. Then they denied points for my stay because I made an Internet booking.

Reception was very helpful. Decoration was nice by Sharanya

The breakfast had a good wide variety of dishes local, national and international. The food quality in particular was great. The staff was very helpful in providing fresh cusines on request.

pool was not upto the mark , outside was not well kept , there were not enff restaurants

Staff was very courteous and welcoming catered to every need and query. Rooms were clean with a stacked mini bar. Room service/requests were promptly catered to. Breakfast spread wasn't very elaborate but had the right varieties for a fulfilling start to the morning. Amenities like the 24x7 gym is really useful. Piano sessions in the weekend evenings are a bonus. In house restraunts have a good variety and quality of food is good.

The curtains weren't touch controlled and bathtubs could use a caddy tray. There wasn't a handshower in the shower cubicle, just an overhead one. Housekeeping could be a bit more meticulous at cleaning the washroom floors. Small portable speakers could be allowed in.

Well every thing was very delightful especially Rupali Sawant she helped me a lot with all my booking and my special event very generous lady and all staff with her

Breakfast and Bed.

Bathroom and Toilets have no locks. Not in any of their rooms. This becomes really inconvenient when you are staying with Friends or Office Colleagues.

Too short a stay to comment.

Nothing, only the location. Will never get my family here.

1. The 1st room given to us, had leakage in the AC. The entire room was smelling very badly on day 2 of my stay. There was leakage from the ac duck in the living room and also in the balcony. 2. The 2nd room given to us, had a leakage in the washroom. The bad water coming out of the washroom area which was pathetic. No value for money and very shabby room maintenance. Will never recommend this hotel for family.

Excellent property for Pet parents. The breakfast buffet spread was really good.

Pets are not allowed everywhere in the property, limited space for pet walking.
