Location was great and wonderful to be so close to the beach.The room was clean and comfortable.

Some of the furniture looked really well used and the indoor pool was overly chlorinated.

The view from the 19th floor was fantastic, a full view of the beach and the Hinterland. Every morning a beautiful sunrise coming over the water!

Cleanliness, carpets need to be deep cleaned, all the window sills need a clean and dirty finger prints on all doors, needs a good jif clean.

The view, location and staff were excellent as usual. Our family from Denmark has stayed here four time and look forward to being near the beach with a wonderful view.

Construction noise and privacy issues with work 'elevator' outside bedroom and bathroom window. The BBQ did not work on the first night. Several lights did not work in the apartment and took some time to get fixed.

Had a great view of the beach and the room had plenty of space and amenities.

The hotel itself and the furniture in the room was getting old, could do with an update.

Rooms were very very dated carpets were shocking. Bathrooms were very sad looking and very poor condition.

location- there is no need to get the car out after arrival. magnificent ocean views.

the apartment furniture was tired. torn curtains and the main couch is most broken and worn and appeared to have a cockroach colony living under it! the fan in the second room only had two speeds- frenetic or almost stationary. the bedrooms face west so dreadfully hot- curtains need to remain closed as very hard to cool down.

Great views and location! Beach across the road and Burleigh township a 5min walk!

Apartment was a little dated especially the bathrooms! A freshen up of paint and a little maintenance on the tapware was needed! However the apartment had everything we needed -full kitchen, laundry and comfortable beds and good size lounge area with large comfy couch!

The view was magnificent

It was very dirty. The shower not acceptable. We had to buy cleaning products to clean shower b4 using it. Shower had clump of hair sitting in the drain. Master bed sheets were dirty. Blood stains on sheets. We have pictures to prove. We are very dissatisfied with cleanliness of apartment. Felt very grotty. Oven also very dirty. Cockroaches in both bedrooms & bathroom. We are very disappointed but view & location was great.

We requested a key pass so we could enjoy the facilities after check out for the day and this was easily accommodated without any hassle. Much appreciated. Amazing view and location to the beach and pool.

Rooms and bathroom are very tired so a new pain job and new carpet would be great. More dish washing tablets and towels for a week's stay. G

Great outdoor pool and indoor pool as well, tennis courts an added bonus.

The view from our 25th floor was amazing. Good storage / cupboard space

There were cockroaches in the room. We squashed about 10, missed others. No insect spray provided to kill them. Room needs to be fumigated! Dirty marks on bedroom doors which obviously hadn’t been wiped. No salt / pepper, not enough tea bags / coffee / sugar for 6 people - only enough for 1 night, not 7. Not enough toilet paper provided for 6 people for 7 nights. We expect enough basics to be provided for the cost of the apartment. Broken part on clothes dryer. Cutlery was dirty on our arrival and the dustpan brush was left filthy with fluff and dirt still in it on our arrival. Kitchen windows need a good clean.

Excellent view of the Ocean , beach and hinterland. The spa inside the apartment has views of the mountains and you can see the ocean and the mountains from your bedroom and living room. The location is excellent for enjoying the local attractions in Burleigh Heads. The property has excellent amenities, renovated steam room, indoor pool and spa and outdoor pool and spa. The BBQ are always available and cleaned regularly.

The apartment will need some renovation soon. The bathrooms and the kitchen are very functional, clean and ok to use but they are old and will need to be renovated.
