Sûrement dû au succès, au moment où nous avons logés cela m'a fait pensé un peu au village vacance où l'on recontre une clientèle pas respectueuses des règles du savoir vivre ensemble et donc à perdu son havre de paix qu'il était avant. Dommage.

The staff were so polite, helpful and friendly. The pool area is amazing, and the food in The Pérgola restaurant was beautiful - seriously a work of art!

It was very hot in all the eating areas because they're open to the sky. Fans didn't quite cut it. But we did go in March so probably fine in cooler months.

Pool area is lovely, breakfast served great, staff very friendly and accomodating. Lovely facility.

The fitness center was humid, warm and musty. This was disappointing to me.

The breakfast was delicious, so many choices from fruits and vegetables to sweets and salty dishes. The chefs are doing a great job and the personnnel's experience and kindness is very appreciated. We are very happy with everything in the plantation resort: from the front desk, the bar keepers, waitresses and chefs to the massage personnel.

From the moment you arrive you feel like you’re taken into a little oasis right in the middle of the city. Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms, spacious and clean. Incredible pool area, our favourite of all of our travels so far! Great location to explore the city. Really nice shower. Excellent breakfast and dinner with varied options. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

We still didn't have a clean room in the afternoon, but we talked to the cleaning lady and it was fine.

On a aimé le style, l’emplacement du resort, la décoration et le bedding de haute Qualité .Côté nourriture , PDJ varié et de qualité . La grande piscine est un vrai plus.

Les chambres en RDC trop sombres. La terrasse entourée de murs est étouffante et impraticable. Le coin douche est un peu daté par rapport à l’ensemble de la décoration .

Remek helyen a szálloda, nagyon jó reggelivel. A szálloda kialakítása mesés, olyan mintha egy oázis közepén lennénk. Minden viszonylag közel van hozzá.

Bel hôtel, superbe entrée. La piscine, le petit déjeuner (très bon et bien situé à côté de la piscine).

L’odeur de moisi dans la chambre, et pas de chance, les travaux en cours dans l’hôtel. Dans la sdb la douche transforme vite la pièce en pediluve.

Brilliant location close to the key riverside attractions. Rooms are lovely, and the pool bar is brilliant. The renovations should make it even more beautiful. The staff are the highlight and are just so amazing. I've stayed at various hotels in the city, and this one is the best.

Stayed here many times before hand, like the staff and central location.

The location and the staff were very nice. The swimming pool is one of the best I have seen, very comfy to linger for hours there.

The sauna and steam room are not included with the booking which is a bit disappointing considering the price of the room. Moreover, there are snacks in the room which seem to be free but are in fact chargeable, it should be clearer.

My room was upgraded. Pretty architecture.

I am quite familiar with the hotel itself as I used to live in Phnom Penh and had been there few times for the pool, restaurant, and spa; but never for staying. Staying there unfortunately was not as amazing as i thought it would be, because of these 2 things: -On my last day there, i was already half awake at 5am, and I remember hearing someone (most likely a staff) pushing down a trolley (either luggage trolley or towel trolley?) down my hallway. And then my door clicked as if someone (most likely him) tap the card on my door, and he entered. I screamed, and he sounded startled and he said sorry and left. By the way when I told my friends, some said this is not the first time they heard such story from Plantation, creepy. -Upon check out (that same day, few hours later), I told the receptionist what happened, and she said she will check it with her staff. I also asked her if it's ok for me to deliver something there (a shaver) because I will be out for the day and will just leave my luggage there as well. She said it's fine and to ask the driver to mention my name and my (former) room number. Long story short, when the driver arrived the receptionist refused to accept my package and I had to have it re-sent to a friend. I also asked the receptionist again about the person who opened my door, and the answer was very basic and not convincing. I know many people had amazing stays there, and I too enjoyed the spa, pool, and food (the now temporarily-closed Italian restaurant). However the two thing above, especially the first one, were very disappointing and creeped me out.

The rates for the Wellness-Spa are a bit out of tune, the rest is perfect!
