It’s dated.

Accommodation was great, but the service at The Back Room bar service was exceptional. The 4 nights I was there, they brilliant. Ajeng , indri , layza, and bobby were there to accommodate my friends, and I. I recommend people to visit The Back Room. The ambience is fantastic, and it is mostly created by the staff. I have only mentioned a few staff members, but all the young gentlemen who were serving were fantastic. It is a great place to relax.

Exceptional breakfast, good spa facility, strategic location just across big shopping mall, nice room service. Bed is very comfort.

Bed type given was QUEEN Bed, while my order was for DELUXE KING ROOM. Last week I also stayed in this hotel for the Deluxe King Room, and got the king bed room with kitchen and dining table. But this time was not - the bed was queen and no kitchen / dining table. it's better if the facility is consistent within the same type of room offered.

Staff is efficient, quick to respond. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choices

The room looks a bit old but it's comfortable

The staffs are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The location is the best, short walking distance to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. The hotel covers massive area of land, but the room (at least one I booked in) is small. And there are signs of needing refurbishing here and there, although cleanliness level is high, the gym equipment is pretty old, but functions well.
