We really appreciated our stay, and special thank you to Annabel for the birthday cake !! Our two game drives were wonderful. The ranger is passionnate, and we feel it!

- Internet connection was good - They provided enough stuck in the rooms everyday - food quality was good but service was not good at all

- The room was too small and too dark with very small windows. - There was a power outage more than one hour every day, with no generator working. Leaving us without AC in hot days. - The safaris were not included in the whole price, whereas it should be in the private safari lodge. We had a very good experience in Karongwee River lodge safari , where all safaris were included with almost similar price.

The staff is very welcoming and hard working.

A massage spa is necessary.

This lodge will be nothing without the staff. Excellent meals served. Great coffee.

The shower in the chalet was really uncomfortable and also had a shower curtain which was clean, but definitely not nice. Chalet very dark inside. No shade by seating area outside chalet. No bar fridge. No choice of food, you eat what they serve. However they went out of their way to serve meals we enjoyed.
