Stairs a problem access for disabled to bedrooms

The room was spotless,comfy bed,large tv,tea & coffee facilities and good shower.There is lots of parking available onsite.Staff were very polite & accommodating.

Our room was on the second floor and there was no lift.The stairs were very steep & exhausting. The bathroom was nicely decorated however it was a very tight layout. The property is on a very busy road and we could hear the traffic all night. The room was also very hot being on the top floor & we couldn’t leave a window open at night because of the road noise. Breakfast is available at an extra cost however I think it should be included at that price point.

The hotel area had a pungent odour of the extraction system from the restaurant which was like bad fat / cooking oil...this progressively worsened as I walk up the stairs and especially in my room. The bed was comfortable if I lay on one side of the mattress, but was a 'zip bed' (two singles zipped together) and was uncomfortable if you rolled into the middle...not what I was expecting! There were tomato sauce stains on the bedside table...house keeping obviously did not wipe the table properly after the previous occupant(s).

could hear upstairs moving around ( bedtime 😮) dirty towels left behind bathroom door. heating was off on arrival room was very cold and was ages before warmed up. breakfast was not the best, not cooked hard hard tomato, poached egg was like a boiled egg, beans cold and sausage pale and undercooked. went back to room after breakfast for a meeting on laptop and all I coukd hear was the cleaners, and banging doors, hope no one was trying to have a rest. no one was there to check out, kitchen staff said chuck key on desk.

Easy to find, plenty of accessible parking, good food and great staff

My single room was right at the top of the building and the stairs were difficult with luggage. Would have liked a reading lamp by the bed.

The location was good, plenty of bars and restrictions and free parking

The room is very noisy when the restaurant is open with banging. Cleaners were shouting throughout the day when cleaning the rooms. Room was not turned over during the 3 day stay.

Friendly and helpful Staff. very nice room which had recently been refurbished. Good car parking, great location.

Staff were helpful and breakfast was very tasty. Daniel the manager was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

Mix up of bookings but it was sorted in the end.

The staff was super helpful and kind. We requested a baby cot in our room for our one-year-old, and the manager provided fresh new bedding for it :) Our room was freshly renovated! Literally, everything is new, including the carpets. (room 104). We enjoyed a delicious dinner in their steak house - nachos for an appetizer, and filet steak for a main. The server and bartender were lovely! I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely book again

Good location for visiting family, plenty of shops etc locally. Very good breakfast and plenty of options

Wanted to pay bill in cash, was told I needed identification, felt a bit like airport security, nothing in the information was provided for this. Very embarrassing situation was created. If they want card, or pre payment they should state this in their description.

The only issue is we must have been above the kitchen and it was very loud but I understand that it can't be helped

The staff here are excellent. Linda served us breakfast every morning and Denise (I think)on 2 mornings we couldn't have been better looked after . The housekeeping staff were also very kind when we had a problem during our stay. The location of the room is perfect for an accessible room. The shower stool had legs brilliant. The breakfasts which were included with our booking (we got a great price which was comparable with other local hotels that served buffet breakfasts) My husband has restrictions in his diet so had cereal before his limited classic breakfast with perfect poached eggs and the staff accommodated him brilliantly I tried all breakfasts except the Steak and was thrilled.There was also tea Coffee and fruit juice. I have found Miller and Carter restaurants far too expensive for meals generally but having the breakfast included was a real treat and would make me consider booking again .

No plugs (on either side ) next to bed. Light switch for bathroom was outside (as it should be) but you had to walk past door to switch on before opening the door which was a nuisance in day but more so at night. Opening window was very high up(my husband had to stand on a chair to close) this was an accessible bedroom. Not much room on either side of bed. But bed definitely COULDN'T BE made smaller to accommodate 2 adults . Think it a large double which is least needed.
