Excellent location. Lovely clean room & bathroom. Very comfortable bed with good sheets, duvet & pillows
Quite a bit of noise from the street. People gathered outside the pizza shop chatting loudly & waking us both nights we stayed there.

Funky communal lobby with tea and coffee facilities. It was in a residential area outside Amsterdam's main canal arcs, so quiet. Close to the gorgeous Vongels Park and 10 minute walk to Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum but equally easy to turn to the central touristy canal area.
Nice receptionist who recommended a good Italian restaurant. We left our luggage there after check out, free of charge, so we had a good old stroll without them.
Room very clean. Nice bedding. Tea and coffee though only 2 teabags and both herbal (ok by me but may disappoint tea drinkers).
We had a triple room and it was a bit cramped, with limited storage space for luggage with the bed-chair set up.

The room was clean.
The bed barely fit in the room. There was a lot of noise all night long. Noises were echoing all night long through the window that faced an inner courtyard type area.

When I booked I asked for a double bed and when I arrived I was given two single bed pushed together.

Good location close to Vondelpark and tram 2 between Leidseplein and Amsterdam Central.
Upon arrival we were told the aircon was broken on the hottest day of the year. Very disappointing for 270 euros and not offered any discount or any benefit we had to deal with it.

the location was excellent. great area of Amsterdam.
The fact the didn't provide anything for breakfast, not even for buying. It could be an option if they could offer sth for people to buy, simple. The room also was quite small for 3 people and very poor light and windows didn't open, so no natural air inside.

toilets were dirty, bed was not cleaned, towers were not replaced. after complaining they put it INFRONT OF THE DOOR IN A PLASTIC BAG!

Hotel was in a great, centrally located area that was easy to access from the airport and was also close to the museums and the city center. Many restaurants, bars, etc. within easy walking distance.
Rooms were small and very dark. During the day, with the window shades open you could see, but in the evenings it was extremely dark. The bathroom was challenging to get ready given the considerable lack of light. Rooms were noisy from other guests but outside street noises weren't bad. Hotel was considerably overpriced for what you get. No real amenities and felt more like a Motel.

Shower drain does not drain the Water. Need to close the shower during the bath otherwise there will be Water all over the room. For those who is going to Amsterdam for the first time, the hotel is in the opposite of all the attractions. It will take at least 30 min to do anything walking.

Staff helpful about room problems. Location excellent. Largish room.
Room not always as it should be. Towels forgotten, cups not washed or coffee sachets not replaced. Could be noisy outside window at night.l

A basic hotel, a bit updated but works for 1 night which was my case.
The lights in the room are very dim.

While our room was freezing cold they even didnt do anything. I stayed in lots of hotels in Amsterdam I didnt experince something worse. It was my last day of vacation and I am LITERALLY so sick. Do not go to this hotel your money will be trash

We were able to check-in 2 hours before the normal check-in time which was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean and spacious. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and transportation methods nearby. We will definitely come back!

1. While booking, booking.com showed a different amount and the hotel charged us more (extra 80 euros) saying that booking.com doesn't include taxes! Mail to booking.com also has gone unanswered!

I didn't notice any offerings in the cafe downstairs other than a vending machine and an average coffee machine.
