Good value for money and facilities are kept well. Convenient location to universities in Haidian. Shopping mall around the corner.

Sometimes the pool is out sourced.

The hotel staff went out of their way to help me. when I arrived at Beijing and got out of the subway station. I was with my wife and 4 suitcases. I could not find a taxi in the mid of a 38 Celsius hot day. I called the hotel. Ms Fu picked up the call and patiently helped me to find me a private taxi service even if it is not part of the hotel standard service. she paid for it and trusted that I would pay back once I would pay back once I got to the hotel (of course I did). I had to call the hotel again later the evening after I finished dinner in a restaurant 15-20 min away by drive. The reception and bell service staff was always so courteous. The breakfast buffet has so many options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and stay here on my next trip to Beijing.

room is very clean, staff is in general good.

room seems too old-style like. Some people at the reception desk need more trainings.

Extremely comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and good size room. Very clean. Breakfast was lovey with an excellent range of Western and Chinese food - staff were very helpful and most spoke English. There was an evening meal buffet which had an excellent spread of food and was delicious.

On arrival reception staff were efficient but not particularly welcoming.

i was surprised by not finding the toothpaste in the washroom...really disappointing but the rest are really great, it's a good place to be at

Comfortable room and breakfast buffet. Staff are nice and helpful in spite of the language barrier.

Expensive and slightly outdated facilities. Staff level of English is low.
