It's in a great spot with the beach directly out the front. Zero noise although I think we were the only ones in our block.

Fantastic location on the spit, close to all that Mooloolaba has to offer. Access straight onto the excellent broadwalk and just across from the beach.

Older build with thin walls so a bit noisy.

Great location with easy walking to beach, shops, wharf etc. Beds were very comfortable and Fiona at reception was very accommodating and friendly.

Fabulous location, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Staff helpful and quick to respond to problems. Great kitchen and outdoor area. Set away from the centre of the town, so it was quite peaceful but still accessible. Lovely pool area with heated pool. Everything was very clean. Great walkway right in front of patios with easy access from ground floor units. Lots of cupboard space.

The lounge suite had seen better days with springs and cushioning worn out in places. Dining chairs rickety. Beds too bouncy and uncomfortable (one had a broken support on it) for us, but may suit others, so a good night's sleep was not possible. Power went off for some reason on last days. Initial repair was quick and we thought complete until next day when we had no hot water. Price for stay and impression given was in keeping with luxury accommodation but unfortunately it fell short. No cleaning service supplied or available during an 11 day stay. Linen changed once, but there is washing facilities. Blinds don't fully cover windows, so bedrooms very bright in the mornings.

Comfortable and clean, location is great, a very short walk to the beach.

Description said there were ocean views, and there was nothing of the sort. We could see the back of a scrub covered dune. I doubt even the penthouse had an ocean view, all we had was the sound of the waves.

The accommodation was a great size for our family of four with all the facilities we required. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool almost every day. The thing we loved the most was the ideal location. A short walk to The Wharf, Mooloolaba shops, the end of the spit and two patrolled beaches meant it was not too far from anything and reasonably quiet. It was beautiful eating breakfast looking at the bush/scrub over the balcony and listening to the birds. The manager was very responsive to a couple of issues we had.

The air conditioner in the main bedroom was not working properly (we were told it had only been reported the morning we arrived). The manager had arranged for the repair men to look at it the next day but they couldn't fix it, so we had a partially working a/c. The WiFi could only be used in the lounge room as it didn't reach down to the bedrooms, nor could it be setup on the TV so we couldn't use our Netflix or Disney+ accounts. Not a huge issue though.

We love Beachcomber on the spit. Lovely modern apartment right on the boardwalk and beach. We just park the car and everything is in walking distance. We love that we just walk out straight onto the beach. It's our favourite place to stay. Fiona is always so helpful. We will be back again soon.
