clean and the room is big and has a balcony, however there is no safety deposit box in tge room we were staying (Deluxe room), room no.418

We liked the swimming pool, and the room are nice and clean.

Food is expensive in general but ok. The location is difficult to reach without a taxi and there is no (touristic) restaurant in the area.

Has seen better days. comfortable enough for a short stay. great breakfast.

Room is renovated and has a modern feel. Unfortunately during our stay there were some hickups (e.g. it took 10min+ before we could get warm water). Breakfast has a large variety of choices, both local as international. Pool area is nice and very suitable for kids. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The kids club was a bit disappointing. A small slide inside and the airco is not really working. No activities organized for kids during our stay.

Some rooms are being renovatet by now so you may be lucky to get a new one. The others are in a very old state. The staff tries their best to quickly fix the existing errors.

Sadly this beautiful old styled hotel has seen it's best years. Many items were broken, missing or dirty. We had to complain about a lot of stuff. Even the daily apologies were considered as bothersome (daily 1-2 letters, inclusiv gifts and physical visits by the staff up to 2 times a day). Food was average, sadly bread and other dishes in the club lounge was dry and not realy fresh.
