Very clean and pleasant, breakfast was amazing, and the staff was really nice to us and out little daughter.

I always enjoy a stay at Radisson! Great staff, polite and helpful. Great breakfast with various options to choose from. Clean rooms, modern facilities.

Staff were excellent—smiling and helpful throughout. Check-in was smooth, and the F&B staff in the restaurant were professional. Special thanks to Ivan, who made each visit a great experience. He is the kind of professional who truly knows his guests, even memorizing their favorite beverages so he can offer the same drink the next day. Pretty amazing, and not something you necessarily expect in a 4-star property. The à la carte menu offered excellent options and the food quality was splendid. The buffet also met expectations, though it was a bit limited in the evenings (but excellent at breakfast). We had an issue with the bathtub on the first day. Maintenance visited but couldn’t fix it immediately. To my surprise, and despite the fact that we had already accepted we wouldn’t be able to use it, your staff went the extra mile and returned later to resolve the problem. Kudos!

Got charged twice for our minibar consumption, it's a 5 EUR extra charge overall, no biggies – but worth noting so you might watch better to avoid such mistake the next time.

Location was convenient for us with a fancy car elevator

1- Called before and they confirmed that mattress are not very soft and they will anyway adapted it if needed. Results is waiting 3 hours after checking in and sleeping on a mattress on the floor. 2- Asked for an iron at 5pm and checked out next day at 10am without getting it with 6 requests from the room phone or face to face at the reception 3-Breakfast, it looks nice and big variety but unfortunately bad quality of fruits and products I am a radisson member and always enjoyed my stay but this one needs urgently a detailed look
