Close to beach, super tidy, moderne and nice, IKEA style interier. I would recomend to add a bit more beach, mountain details or retro photos of croatian singers rather than Beatless (we were in Dalmatina not Liverpool) :)
To park is a bit stessful, tiny and sometimes you will be blocked by other cars, so you cant get out whenever you prefer.
I would prefer if you can offer normal parking even if is 10 to 15min walk/or you organizme ven drive from facility I would not mind, only to spare guests time while waiting for others to get out of parking and stess.

If you want to know what an interior design looks like been designed by a professional designer, you should stay there. There will be a lot of positive wows once you see it. The apartments are 5 stars, so ultra modern and stylish. And a high end stereo system in apartments, what did I say about 5 stars.
The host speaks good English and is hospitable, everything is super clean.

The staff were lovely & so helpful. The room was lovely, very modern, clean & airy. To be honest, the photos probably didn't do the room justice, it was even nicer in person. Would definitely recommend!
Only thing that wasn't great was the lack of bedding, we were given a very light sheet & blanket. A duvet would have been ideal.

A really spacious, clean and modern apartment close to the city centre.
The apartment had a charming balcony and roof top.
The welcome was warm and nice.
The parking space was about 10 minutes by foot. But no problem for us.

The property was spacious, clean and modern, well equipped kitchen. It is about 100m from city beach and about 20 min nice walk to secluded, pebbled beaches in the nature. There is a supermarket in 60m and a 24/7 bakery in 100m. Zlatko was extremely helpful - thanks again Zlatko for your prompt reaction all the time!
The parking is a bit difficult if you have a long car, but Zlatko is a perfect help to park in and out. We managed without any scratch, so no worries.

We loved the apartment. It was so luxurious and spacious. Two beautiful terraces, the upper one was with seaview and mountain view. Bathroom was big and beautiful. There was a lot of gadgets in the apartment, 2 tv:s, one of them in the bedroom with access to Netflix, Hbo, and lot of other channels.
A lot of kitchen stuff making it feel like home.
The place was very clean. Location was perfect, 2 min by walk to the beach where there are a lot of restaurants. To the center of the city it is approximately 15 min walk. A supermarket and a pharmacy also 2 min walk.
If visiting Makarska again, we would love to stay here again.
We loved everything. The bed and pillows could be a bit softer.
For people with week knees maybe not the best option due to stairs. For us it was no problem at all.

We were just really happy about our apartment at the House Filipovic. It was very very clean, modern, new, comfortable and just good looking. There were all necessary things at the kitchen, so we could cook everything we wanted. Bathroom is small, but very comfortable. The balcony is perfect for having breakfast.
We were traveling with our dog and were very pleased that there was not additional fee for staying with a dog.
Our host was very friendly and mindful.
The location is good: close to the beach and not so far from the city center.
I just can’t even remember something that we didn’t like here:)
