Hotel Accomodation Friendly Staff - Happy to help Well maintained rooms, and overall facility. Food - Lavish spread for Sea Food lovers

Language - Reception, Restuarant, Room Service Room Service - On ingradients to prepare items on menu limited choice for Vegan/ Vegetarian (they will serve you what they like)

Some staff on front desk and in restaurant unable to speak english, but overall very helpful

Clean, modern and large rooms. Quick check-in. Good location. Good breakfast options. Friendly staff.

Parts of the hotel are dated and need TLC and refurbishment, for example, the pool area. The hotel bar is poor. It had little to no stock and the staff weren't trained. It took 4 or 5 members and roughly 20 mins to get a drink... and we were the only ones there. Booking through a third party disqualifies you from earning Marriot points.

Breakfast is very good, the location is very close to a park with different activities and a shopping center. Inside pool perfect.

geen roomservice, no late night service despite the information in the room, very dirty breakfast place, no bar after 09.00pm, shower leakong in the toilet

Surprisingly for a hotel of an international chain like Sheraton, the staff were not able to communicate fluently in English. They messed up the check-in and took twice a deposit for the room, which was not released immediately on check-out and 5 days after leaving the hotel it has not been refunded.
