The room smelled, the floor was sticky, everything was very worn including the window screen which let the flies in, which were bussing all over the room

absolutely nothing.. worst place we’ve ever been to.. dirty, gross, dingy, smelly..
everything.. should be ashamed to even charge anyone to stay there.. you should be paying them! so gross !

Room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke, we are no smokers so found it awful. Will not be back.

No breakfast was provided location OK for our purpose
room was like a dungeon- TV only worked intermittently- room was not serviced for the 4 nights we stayed - no fresh towels were provided - cupboard door was hanging off - carpet was dirty and badly stained - chair was so dirty we could not use it.

Management was so friendly. I arrived late and I immediately got water and Coca-Cola to drink. They were very interested and asked me several times if everything was OK.
The room and their care was everything I needed after a long drive from Geelong to Noeth Adelaide.

I stipulated a twin room (2 single beds) as i was staying with my brother. I had the hard copy to prove it when we got there the room had a double bed. The staff member blamed the situation on the booking company not informing him on the need for two single beds. His solution was to get a single base and mattress out of the storeroom and squeeze it into the room. I later discovered there was a broken spring in the mattress which i had to sleep around. the situation was totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Don't be fooled with the photos. This place needs to be demolished. Even have a 50 litre water limit on the shower
