Not well maintained and cleaned. The overall feel of the air in the room and the corridor from lift to the room were not fresh. No minibar as per list of room facilities. In current condition, not sure whether it still deserve 4 stars. No non smoking room.

I was disturbed twice at 3 am because of a staff members mistake. I booked the hotel a day prior to a big event and needed a good nights sleep . I had only three hours to catch up on sleep from 2-5 and 3 am someone rang the door bell . I was fast asleep and dint bother hearing it faintly. then someone calls me on the room landline to disturb me and then says sorry to disturb. are we people foolish to pay 5 k for a third class service like this? I haven’t slept after 3 am and now I have a long day running around at my event. I need a refund but all the staff could say was sorry. If action is not taken I will go on social media platforms to make noise.
