A lot of stains on the couch and chairs that need to cleaned.

The park is well laid out with great facilities. Availability of food etc was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Heating was a little slow to warm cabin

Air Conditioning was good to have in the cold Canberra weather. Good value for money.

Sliding door for the bunk bed room was a little temperamental. Pillows could have been more comfortable

The house wasn’t heated despite letting them know that we will arrive within specified time. No heaters in individual room. Only 2 portable heaters were provided. One room were left cold. Pillows were so thin and worn out. Overpriced.

the cabin was awful. old, tired and tiny. I had to ask for the kitchen table to be wiped down and whatever had been spilt on the walls to be cleaned before I’d let the kids in. on the second night of our stay I had to ask a friend to host my Husband and 2 of my 3 children just so we could all get some sleep. the worst. i understand you get what you pay for but your website is far from honest about the accomodations.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great having a restaurant on site and the food was good.

The mattresses were terrible. They were worn out. Also the spare blanket smelt terrible and there were stains on the bed covers making us wonder how often they are washed.

This is a great tourist park for families. The facilities are great, cabins have all the basics you would need. Set on the edge of bush land, there are lots of walks, with wildlife.

The only let down was the buffet breakfast, as everything was cold. But the grandsons still enjoyed the experience.

Parking spaces are very tight.

The cabin was adequate but the aircon ( heating) didn’t work for the first two days and it was cold. The staff did give us a radiator but that wasn’t really enough to heat the cabin. Later the aircon was fixed.

Staff were friendly. The pool and sports facilities.

The on site restaurant only did take away for pizza. The cabin was missing kitchen staples like oven safe trays, kitchen scissors, tongs, salt and pepper.

All staff encountered were brilliant, extremely approachable and helpful. Facilities excellent. Buffet breakfast is awesome and reasonably priced. The cabin was comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.

Pool, tennis court, basketball court, dinner and bar area were lovley. Staff friendly, gardens kept. There are walking and bike trails behind the site as it backs onto the bushland. We didn't have time for this but it would have been something we would do if there was more time.

Our room was $358.15 for a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom 1 bath Grevillea Cabin #165 absolute shit box! 1 bedroom with a double bed and the other had bunk beds and 1 single bed. This was NOT WORTH THE MONEY at all. I was told buy reception this is their "budget" accomodation and the price is set at what other parks are charging. Frankly I think they charge what they wish as the rest of the park has had a make over and looks great, this area has been forgotten...and you can tell. 2 people can't be in the bathroom at the same time unless 1 of you is in the shower. The shower is so small you can't shave you legs unless you put a leg outside the shower, and watch your head when you sit on the loo, you might headbut the towel rail!! There was no cover on the ironing board and only 2 mugs for 4 people. Be warned if you need to wash your clothes its $6 for 1 washing machine and $6 for 1 dryer....another rip off. The bunk beds were foam mattresses, and you could feel the timber slats underneath. I did ask for this to be replaced upon leaving as we were too late getting back to the park after site seeing all day to have this changed for our last night. Dinner was not badly priced but the pizzas were $23-$25 each. Would I stay here in the same cabin again..no way! Maybe not even on the nice side as the price doubles. Not a nice cabin at all.

Staff were lovey, splash park and pool facilities are great for kids. Very comfortable cabin for a low price. Will be coming back.

Location and good price. excellent facility for families , swimming pool and tennis, basketball . WIFI was fast.

The cleaness of the rooms was just Okay. a little under my expectation. and very tiny cabin. The Breakfast buffet was not worth for the money. The staffs were not friendly and the poor quality food. I thought I could find much better breakfast places at same price because the location was great.
