Muy buena atención! Fueron súper amables desde el inicio y predispuestos desde antes de mi llegada, me ofrecieron con anticipación el servicio de recojo e ida al aeropuerto, ayudaron con el equipaje y solicitudes durante la estadía. La piscina tiene un horario amplio, ideal si tienes tours o full days y quieres llegar a refrescarte. El ambiente es lindo, muy familiar y tranquilo, puedes descansar sin fiestas o ruidos fuertes. Las cuatro opciones de desayuno están perfectas para no aburrirse comiendo lo mismo todos los días.

Nada, todo estuvo bien. Como sugerencia más que una queja, recomendaría cuidar la estética de la piscina, faltaban algunos azulejos y una mano de pintura al borde, lo que podía hacerla ver descuidada. Lo mismo para el mural principal que ya se encuentra un poco despintado, creo que al ser la vista principal debe verse como las fotos referenciales.

Staff were incredibly nice and helpfull and some of the best in over a year traveling in South America . Pool and the hamocks surrounding it were the perfect places to relax after lots of travel and enjoy a few beers and the rooms were very clean comfy and modern.

Everything perfect

I stayed there twice times and used the same room which was bright and big with many windows. I slept wonderful. A ventilator is in the room. I had everything I needed. Everything was cleaned well. I enjoyed the big pool very much. The breakfast I liked a lot. They even fulfilled my little wishes: toasted my bread and gave me salsa picante😀👍 The whole staff was wonderful and they helped me so much, also with organizing my onward journey. All together made me feel home. Therefore I say one more time: Thanks for everything! 💚

Good location, proximity of pool and dining area to the rooms, restaurant on site, good service.

Our first room had no air conditioning so we had to move to a different one. Considering the area’s climate, all rooms should come equipped with AC. There are gaps around some of the windows which should be sealed better to prevent insects from getting inside.

This is a very nice and fairly cheap hotel in Tarapoto. The rooms seem to be newly renovated, meeting all the requirements, as long as you don't have them too high. Food ok. I think it is a good place to stay in Tarapoto, outside the quite loud and not very interesting center.

The only thing that needs to be considered is the music in the evening. Loud disco by the empty pool in the middle of the week doesn't make much sense. But here I return the honor of the (very nice) staff: we have not suggested any change in this topic. Anyway, I can recommend this place :)

The pool area was nice and the room to myself

The bed sheets were not good, very used with pilling. And the breakfast could be better for the price paid.
