I've only stayed for a short night's rest, so there's not much I can tell. The three main advantages are proximity to the airport, reasonable price, and the hosts, who are very nice and friendly. It is also rather quiet by Paraguayan standards, as the guest rooms are located in the patio behind the main building, The room was big, with two beds (one narrow, one the size of a small aircraft carrier) that together ate up almost all of the space. The wide window sill doubles as a writing desk, which is nice. The bathroom is spatial, nice, clean, and comfortable to use. Overall, the place did not give me the impression of 3-star, but then I haven't experienced all the facilities and it's still a very good value for money, so no complaints here.

Note that the property is not where the GoogleMaps shows it, but further down the avenue, near the Curva Coreana bus stop.
