There’s a reason why we love the Leela brand so much and this property was one of the best we’ve stayed at! Jainisha we stayed longer !

View from the room

Check in-When I went to Check in at 5 pm they told the-room is not ready after 15 minutes of waiting and told me to wait since it was sold out but the room was open I could see online and even though if it was so you can’t tell all this at 530 pm ur check in shows 2pm
Room dinning- Night had to call many times for in room dinning they don’t pick the call and clearance also took time
Washroom- the shower area had a odour smell which was bad
Breakfast- the restaurant was full and they told to have in the coffee shop? Really ? I told I can’t then they gave a place inside which was available at that time spread was ok and service needs to improve in restaurant also
