It was handy to what we wanted to do, and remarkably street parking was easy to find

At the time of booking, I requested a room with disabled facilities for my wife by a separate email. However, on arrival the staff knew nothing of it and the best the lass could do was allocate a room with minimal steps. The block however only had one lift working for the whole 5 days so it was taking 10-15 minutes on a couple of occasions to enter/exit the building, and another resident told me it had been on/off for weeks like that

I loved the affordability and the rooms were perfect

I liked everything but its distance from CBD

Loved the laundry and the dishwasher! Great additions to the room

Bed was comfortable. Having the availability of a washer and dryer helpful.

Only one elevator was working, we were staying on 21st floor. The refrigerator was leaking water, The first request said, " there was no problem." Had to request a second time due to puddles of water coming on floor from refrigerator. Refrigerator was exchanged. The microwave was not working, unable to find someone on how to operate.

Size of the rooms, and facilities. Having everything anyone would possibly need - shoutout to having scissors!

Communication between staff was delayed when checking in, and I was told I was contacted when I hadn’t.
