The shower screen was not fixed properly There was maintenance tools and rubbish left in bathroom There was drilling going on in next room very loudly Pizza was undercooked Breakfast was average Although manager was attentive and fair regarding above there was no offer of compensation

Het bed was erg klein en oncomfortabel. De Douchekop was lek en temperatuur van het water veranderde continu. Geen mogelijkheden om Netflix of een andere dienst te bekijken op tv, terwijl er wel Smart TV op de pagina van het hotel staat.

The breakfast was nice and the location was good. Near Stratford station.

The room didn't smell nice. I asked for air freshener because it smelt like a bad drainage pipe.

Clean and comfortable hotel with easy access from the city centre and walking distance to the Abba Arena.

Værelset var meget småt og der luftede af kloak - rengøring på værelse var mangelfuld - vi havde 4 overnatninger.

Hotel room the Versailles suite was nicely decorated, antique gold finish. The room was a really good size. Bed was good size and there were 2 armchairs by the window. The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. I would stay again in another suite maybe the large one on the higher floor. I was really glad for the soft bath robe as sometimes I get cold with nightdress on and fleece items are too bulky to travel with in small case.

My views are based on personal preference. Unfortunately I didn’t realise that the room faced out onto the very busy road so next time I’d book a different suite as it woke me up. The bathroom was quite small so there wasn’t many places to put things except the floor. A suggestion here would be to put an additional hook for the towels and maybe a towel ring for a hand towel. There could also be a few more shelves or a slim shelf unit next to the sink. The toilet seat was made of a material that marked easily so it didn’t look clean. Tap on sink was stiff and took time for hot water to come through. A larger sink would be nice as I put on a clay mask and washing it off in a small sink was tricky as I forgot my flannel. Maybe provide a shower cap and flannel? Maybe an update on the finishing touches too?

The westbridge Stratford hotel liegt fußläufig zur ABBA Arena und zum großen Busbahnhof und zur Stratford Station mit den U-Bahnen. Auch dort, das riesige Shoppingcenter. Zur Innenstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten fährt man ca. 20 min ohne Umsteigen mit der Jubilee line. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und für uns hat es super gepasst.

GB ist aktuell sehr teuer und da gibt es keine Ausnahme. 20€ für das Frühstück p.P. ist normal und trotzdem happig. Der room Service hat brav frische Handtücher gebracht und nach 2 Nächten das Bett bezogen - das Bad aber nicht so gründlich geputzt wie gewohnt. Der Bügelservice ist nett, aber insgesamt ist alles eng und nicht viel Platz im Schrank. Die gute Lage war uns wichtiger.

Kind staff, obliged with an earlier check in. Check out at 12 is very nice. Room was well equipped. Very clean . Complimentary tea/ coffee facilities/ bottled water/ Rituals shower gel / hand wash. / crisp clean sheets/ Large communal room / breakfast room/Tv with light controls.

I had some misgivings when I saw the outside , paint work etc. but need not have, the hotel is well maintained and managed

Breakfast was good, warm welcoming staff. Considering the location it was very quiet.

The bathroom smelt heavily of damp and stagnant water which permeated into the sleeping area and made clothes smell. When reported to staff on the desk they didn't seem apologetic or offer any options. When considering the cost for 1 nights stay and the condition of the main reception area I expected more from the room. It was cramped, hardly any room to move around from the bed to the bathroom which wasn't helped by the smell. You couldn't open the windows to gain fresh air.

Great hotel, good location, good food!
