they put us in a smoking room even though we reserved a non smoking one

internet was very bad
the air conditioning didn’t work but they did bring a fan
one dryer was terrible, after two cycles and the clothes were still not dry we changed machines and it worked.

Great hotel. The location was super convenient, the service from the staff was amazing. First impression of the room exceeded expectations. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. I will definitely return to this property whenever I come back to Queretaro.
