Pool was good
The hotel is very bad value for money, the walls in the room require paint and have noticeble wear for this standard of hotel. The breakfast is very poor for a mercure chain hotel. Staff are not friendly, and check-in takes too long. I dined at the restaurant, which had 2 customers, ordered a steak, and the steak was raw and cold. After asking to be recooked further, the steak again was fridge cold inside. It's very disappointing for a mercure chain hotel. I would never come back.

I loved the gym and the bed. The manager was friendly and tried to speak to me in English. He did all he can to communicate with me.
The bathroom was small and the room really hot. They don't do concierge work. Make sure you ask for some help at the front desk. Some staff don't speak English either. Customer service was mediocre.

Even though this property is considered a hotel, its facilities make it look more like an apart-hotel. The room we booked (twin standard) was very spacious! What most surprised us was the size of the balcony (bigger than average). Another great surprise about this hotel was the size of the pools and the gym - as a gym rat this hotel’s gym facilities were superb! Breakfast was pretty great as well, what most pleased me was the Nespresso machine that was available to use, great addition to the buffet. Staff were very helpful as well, specially those around during the breakfast period. Will definitely stay here again! Hope they keep the quality up until then.
The hotel looks like a residential building, so some aspects of the room might look a bit outdated or off (there was a random sink in our room which resembled an old laundry room). Not something that bothered us by all means, just an observation really. Apart from that I can’t think of anything else that could improve…

The place is fair for the price. The room is good, clean and staff reached our expectaction. The location is good and parking is easy.
The room is spartan. There is only 1 chair. The balcony has no chairs or table. Room service could not provide us with wine glasses. A second chair is necessary if you want to have dinner in the room.
